Viva Pinata was a great game with an interesting and addicting gameplay direction, but Trouble in Paradise is a great reinvention of this title, not quite a complete sequel, but Rare proves to us that there is still a lot of life in this to experience and cater for.

The co-operative and multiplayer experience of Left 4 Dead 2 is much like that of the original, but with some intriguing new modes of play.

It might lack the precision of a mouse and the scope of content that the PC wields proudly, and it’s still not the best looking game of the two versions comparatively, however, if you instead put it against real time strategy games on the same system, this game is arguably one of the better – if not the best – strategy games to come to console in terms of content, accessibility, and overall quality at being an ‘old school’ RTS game.

Making things better is the fact that they are compatible with Rock Band, as well, which goes a long, long way in justifying the price tag if you want to make the most of your money.

So, if you like fighting games and are looking for something new then by all means get this. If not, then rent it first and see if the lure of Ryu versus Spider-Man in glorious 3D for ever more is enough to suck you right in for the purchase when it's time to give it back to the store.

Whilst not offering the same level of depth to characters or story as in "Knights of the Old Republic," Fable offers a much more experimentation and rewarding free form game play with a silent yet loveable lead character as a representation of yourself.

This is one sequel certainly worthy of a purchase, and no doubt a contender even for game of the year.

Most fans of this series will not hold back at pushing the purchase button to grab this DLC, and they will not be disappointed. Ubisoft has seemed to do it again with more masterful story telling, even in this small helping. The Da Vinci Disappearance will once again pull players into the robes of Ezio, and it is a return trip well worth it.

While online multiplayer will very likely be a love it or hate it affair for many, the single player campaign is a unique gaming experience that no player should dare to miss.

UFC Undisputed 2010 is pound for pound the real deal in virtual MMA.

Sure, Gears of War doesn't really offer much that is new to the shooter genre but in the same token provides an experience that is extremely well polished and more importantly, fun to play.

The changes that have been made are the best compromise for a multi platform release but I can't help wishing it was as in-depth statistics wise as the first game.

Battlefield Bad Company is one of very few shooters to come out this summer for the Xbox 360 out of a collection of so many overall, but Battlefield Bad Company surely isn't going to be the breaking point for this genre as its dark humour and explosive gameplay is keeping us thirsty for more.

The fluid movement of each class is wonderful including the rag doll effect when they have been shot, trampled over or blown up.

Avalanche has created a title that takes sandbox play back to its roots -- the idea that sandbox should mean just that, a sandbox for players to do anything they want, to create their own goals and to essentially create a game within a game by creating and then achieving player driven goals.

If you like racing games, then Project Gotham Racing 4 is one that you have to buy.

All in all, Rock Band 3 represents the pinnacle of the music game genre to this point.

If you like tactical shooters then this game is most certainly a must buy. If you are new to Rainbow games, then this is as good place to start as any as knowledge of the first game isn't essential for the experience.

Far Cry offers an extensive single player that begs to be played more than once despite not having a difficulty select from the offset. The game is as tough or as easy as you make it depending on how you decide to play.

The movement feels realistic as you plod along in your heavy machine, building up speed and even fall over when you try to turn too quickly or encounter undulating ground. The physics are as realistic as you could possibly imagine and one wonders why no government has actually made one.

For those of you with FIFA 08, this is well worth a look simply because of the refreshing new modes and roster of teams/players available.
