Learning curve aside, it's one of the most competent competitive racers available on the App Store, and the multiplayer and ghost-racing components will give you considerably more value for money than the majority of the competition will.- Modojo

Seriously though, if you can track down a copy of It's Mr. Pants buy it immediately. It's not that it's the greatest puzzle game on the market, but it's pretty damn addictive, and it makes you think in ways that games such as Tetris and Lumines don't.- Modojo

Ultimately, Contract Killer is a decent way to pass the time, and popping someone in the head is a guilty pleasure. That said, visiting the same environments and killing people (who rarely put up a fight) slows the game's momentum. Of course, it's free to download, and who knows. Perhaps you'll discover your true calling as a virtual sniper.- Modojo

If you've loved the likes of Flick Kick Soccer and New Star Soccer in the past, you should absolutely give Soccer Moves a go - although we'd hold some way back from placing this game in the same league as those mobile masterpieces. Just don't expect it to be an easy or intuitive learning experience in the early days of your career.- Modojo

Dishonored: Rat Assassin may be a twisted Fruit Ninja clone, but it's a great one, complete with a gruesome edge that sets it apart from other games of this type.- Modojo

With a steep entry price of $9.99, this probably isn't the game for anyone unsure about whether an unashamedly hardcore, old-school RPG is the right fit for them. If, on the other hand, you played and loved Baldur's Gate back in the day then you already know what to do, and let's be honest you've probably already had your money's worth from the last weekend alone.- Modojo

Although Modern Warfare 2 is obviously superior, it's nice to see that DS owners have a great alternative with Mobilized. The gameplay is fun, and the presentation is jam-packed with excitement.- Modojo

Even with a slightly flawed freemium purchase system, and a rigid adherence to its primitive shooter roots, Lawless is a great-looking game that'll suck you right in, especially if you have fellow Mobage players to team up with.- Modojo

While in need of polish, it's still a zombie splattering romp shooter fans will play for weeks. Enjoy.- Modojo

Not only is it a blast to play, but its presentation is over-the-top and in your face. The music. The graphics. The combat. The SPOILERS!!!- Modojo

The developers also do a wonderful job introducing new elements to the experience. Bottom line, getting all those gems won't be easy.- Modojo

It'll more than likely take you a fair bit of grinding coins to open up all of the content Nutty Fluffies has to offer, but it's also one of those games you'll have so much fun playing that it will never feel like work.- Modojo

Overall, Space Age is a beautiful and intelligent adventure with a few flaws that's still very much worth checking out, especially if you're hankering for some old-school pixel action or something decidedly familiar.- Modojo

ModNation Racers on the PSP doesn't compare to the PS3 version, but it's a capable kart racer with hours' worth of content to wade through and online options.- Modojo

Micromon is one of the slickest and best examples of what you can do with this kind of premise, and much closer to the idealized Pokemon games we've all clamored for over the heads.- Modojo

Drawn to Life has a color and personality far beyond the majority of platformers, and is a perfect fit for the DS functionality to boot, already giving it a good headstart on its competitors quality.- Modojo

Both a triumph and a disappointment. The intriguing narrative and copycat firefights will keep you enthralled. At the same time, Gameloft blew the opportunity to do something unique, instead opting for a bunch of cliches that fail to make the game stand apart from the competition.- Modojo

The freshness of the self-referential humor, the EXCELLENT music, and the juxtaposed watercolor/pixilated graphics certainly make Contact an experience. The somewhat boring and repetitive combat, coupled with the somewhat boring, repetitive line of quests dampen that experience somewhat, however.- Modojo

For .99, Ghosts'n Zombies is a decent pick up, but the holy roller hero and been there/seen that design means you'll stop playing and ultimately forget about it days after making the purchase, but as that mustachioed dude said in RoboCop, "I'd buy that for the dollar."- Modojo

Big Time Gangsta may be a bit culturally insensitive, but it's still a surprisingly addictive App full of blood, guns and drugs. You know, exactly the type of experience the iPhone and iPad were made for.- Modojo

There's definitely a good amount of variety here, from time trials to drift runs, but we've seen it all before. EA took the previous Shift, copied most of the content and produced a cookie cutter sequel. Solid overall, but you'd be wise to look elsewhere for your racing fix.- Modojo

We definitely recommend TheEndApp for Temple Run fans looking for something a bit different. We just wish more thought went into the missions and plot, but as far as free iOS games go, we can't think of a better way to embrace mankind's destruction.- Modojo

WipEout and Mario Kart may have inspired it, but the game fails to achieve such excellence. On its own, though, Table Top Racing is a solid addition to the App Store, and a worthwhile purchase for players who grew up zipping toy cars around their homes.- Modojo

A fun running game that'll keep you entertained through life's more boring moments. We would have released it free-of-charge, but for $0.99, it still represents a fine value.- Modojo

These complaints ultimately make Castlevania: Lords of Shadow- Mirror of Fate disposable and just short of being considered a classic, but so long as you except the game for what it is, you'll most likely have a zombie-whipping good time.- Modojo

What bugs me is this game isn't nearly as deep as the console version. There's no full-blown Story Mode and this is a slight disappointment, as it really could have made this title stand out.- Modojo

In addition, the developers made the play area much too small, to the point that you may need to bring the iPhone close to your face to view the action.- Modojo
