A beautiful story set in a rich world based in Norse myths, with just the right amount of challenge.- Meristation

UltraCore has a truly amazing backstory and definitely has an audience in 2020. Although some platforming sections would have needed more time in the oven, the game is a solid run'n gun for the dedicated fans of the genre, with the appeal of an unreleased Mega Drive game.- Meristation

Visually it is a remarkable Action RPG of the XX century that is governed inside by the codes of the MMORPG of the XXI century. And while it is underpinned by many points in that magical 16-bit pixelated past, its spirit is really in the present.- Meristation

Kirito's last adventure offers to live the adventures from the Alicization arc with an interesting gameplay and content that brings what was good from Hollow Realization to this entry with new features. However its technical issues keeps it from getting a high score.- Meristation

Carrion is like a totally decompensated beat 'em up. Not because of its metroidvania-like level design, but because we advance destroying everything and everyone in this game. It is a power fantasy full of gore in which the protagonist can become a giant eater of men or a small and elusive mass. Simple and direct; the perfect entertainment for an afternoon.- Meristation

Superliminal is a fresh and innovative concept with really amazing puzzles and challenges. However its development quiclky becomes too limited to its own concept. Definitely, an experience that puzzle fans should try at least once.- Meristation

The return of the saga that every fan was waiting for. Let no one be scared by the lack of experience points, because from the very first moment Intelligent Systems justifies the absence of levels: it is not a RPG, it is an adventure. This entry is a box of surprises, a videogame capable of reinventing itself all time; a title that constantly gives you reasons to keep moving forward with a smile on your face. Without being perfect, on the verge of being excellent, it is a new must-have for Nintendo Switch.- Meristation

Ghost of Tsushima is probably one of the most beautiful games this generation and it oozes love for its theme. Its combat is fine and well researched, but the game lacks some content to excel as an open game in 2020.- Meristation

Its status as a level pack is Mind Control Delete's true strength, but also its main weakness. This game is really mind-numbingly fun, but you can grow tired of it really quickly.- Meristation

The videogame arrives on Nintendo Switch with a graphic face lift and improved menus but without too many new features. It perfectly maintains the essence of the original but with a clear focus on the GBA version.- Meristation

Isle of Armor is an interesting shot of new content which the original Pokémon Sword and Shield players will be able to extend the game experience for a few hours. It is not necessarily better, but it does successfully complement the previous experience. Smart map design, 100 new returning Pokémon, some quests to face… but the story is too short, though. Good enough.- Meristation

Summer in Mara is a beautiful and whimsical game as you embark into an adventure where the world is the core of the experience. However, in a title presented as a crafting and management game, those mechanics are secondary at the end of the day. Some parts of the gameplay are so repetitive; plus, you can feel lost or confused. Overall, Chibig tried to do more than necessary and the result is not as remarkable as it could have been.- Meristation

Although it appears to be one more farming simulator, Atomicrops is actually a bullet hell with much more in common with Nuclear Throne than with Stardew Valley. This roguelite without permanent upgrades forces you to try different weapon combinations in each game, so it always feels fresh and funny. Solid as a twin stick shooter, loose as a farming simulator.- Meristation

Command & Conquer Remastered is a good example of what a Game Remastered should be. It respects the original code and improves it with new textures and resolutions. If you don't like the new version, you can always come back to the original product in real time.- Meristation

The Last of Us Part II marks a real turning point from a narrative perspective on videogames. The game is arguably better than the previous entry in a mechanical perspective; both its level design, the animations and combat system have been much improved. Ellie is the cornerstone of the story, and we can feel through her the real message that Naughty Dog is telling us during the adventure. Despite its simple puzzles and some overly-long sections, the title shines in every single aspect. TLOU2 is brilliant.- Meristation

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix is as fun as always. The franchise feels fresh and young despite being 10 years old at the moment. The music is highly diverse across a wide variety of genres and modes. Plus, the mechanics are so precise as we could expect from the previous entries. However, the alternate gyro control method are not precise; nor even to novel players. Overall, the game is so fun and well equipped with content that offers dozens of hours of play… even in your pocket.- Meristation

Deep Rock Galactic has everything a co-op shooter should offer. The combat is thrilling, the exploration is deep, and the game itself is infinite. Pure fun if you play it with up to four friends and such great entertainment if you play it solo. You can't go wrong with this indie.- Meristation

Virtuos Games has taken the edge off with Nintendo Switch. This port is absolutely brilliant; even though it sacrifices some graphic details and textures definition. The result is one of the most stunning adaptations ever made on this console, with a minimum impact in regards with the PS4 or Xbox One version farther than 30 FPS.- Meristation

There still are few things with room for improvement, and the portable performance sour the taste a little bit, but the experience is unquestionably superior from the one offered back on Wii. If you were already a fan, you'll continue to be. If you've never played it before, you truly are in for a treat.- Meristation
