It's quite incredible when we find out that an original classic is not only remade with an impressive taste, but also that it's one of the best games on the Wii console so far. There's a mixture between graphics, gameplay and funny situations that makes the game almost impossible for anyone to stop playing it. It's a must-have if you like sports, and if you don't, you still have plenty of things to find with this one.- Meristation

Uwe Boll did it again, but now in videogame form. One of the worst games ever seen on PC, this FPS should have been canned before release: it lacks a story, its gameplay is horrible, and it has no real purpose. Its best feature: that it's a short game, so pain doesn't last long.- Meristation

Battlestations: Pacific is an improved version of the original Battlestations. This sequel offers two campaigns, better than one, and five multiplayer modes. Conquer the Island, the best one, is a complete experience which can last even more than two hours. However, the mix of two genres, action and strategy, doesn't explore deeply any of them.- Meristation

The console port of Sacred 2 is a great RPG, with many hours of fun. Gameplay-wise, it changes enough to adapt itself for controllers, and it offers the same depth as in the PC version. Not a game for everyone, but ideal for lovers of the genre.- Meristation

The little creatures from Patapon are back and well in this sequel that's basically the same game with a few additions that turns the game into a better and more profound experience for those who love music and strategy. We'll enjoy once more a strange but satisfying world at war, in which our only duty is to protect and serve the little and charismatic Patapon warriors.- Meristation

Fun but short, magic but easy ... Klonoa jumps into Wii to become one of the best platform-games in 2.5D of the console. Jumps, colour and funny dreams for everyone, although it only lasts for the length of a nap.- Meristation

Fallout 3 gets new content and Broken Steel set a new quality level on the downloadable content for this game. Expanding the level cap up to 30 and adding a nice set of new items, enemies and weapons is only one of the features of this expansion. Also, it really makes you feel the way the original did and let you play with your characters forever so it's worth buying if you expend a lot of time developing your avatar.- Meristation

The latest Donkey Kong is by far one of the best games for the Nintendo Wii platform, with tons of gameplay styles, secrets and a very particular use of its sense of humour that put a smile in your face. Its a meaningful example of the use of the remote to combine jumps and action. If you're looking for something fun, don't think it twice; this's your best chance.- Meristation

Wolverine is a great character, and he's the best there is at what he does even in videogames. This is a game full of action, blood and great visuals, with epic battles and unforgettable situations. It has its flaws, but overall, it's a good game for lovers of action-packed games.- Meristation

Violette Summer is an interesting character, no doubt about that. But it's not that interesting the way in which Replay Games has decided to offer an strange gameplay system. There's also a lack of an interesting story, but basically it's a cheap game with nothing special to consider besides the main character and nothing more than that.- Meristation

Cryostasis is a good attempt to extend the FPS genre and blend it with some survival-horror ideas. Despite the fact that the game is sharp and brilliant at the visuals, it ends reusing the same ideas over and over again. Creepy environment and frozen zombies are the main hazards for Alexander Nesterov, a Russian soldier that has the ability to revive the last minutes of the dead humans. Set in the North Wind, a Russian ship on the North Pole, the game has some good ideas that end on a dead end, providing a quite good game experience.- Meristation

Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 is one of the best of Koei's massive beat 'em ups, with tons of new content respect the original. The new Mission Mode includes hundreds of levels, offering a considerable longevity. Unfortunately, the graphical section of DWG2 is very poor, and online options aren't satisfactory.- Meristation

Outrun Online Arcade is, essentially, the same game that arrived on PS2, Xbox and PSP three years ago, but it's still a great offering for arcade lovers. Several game modes, great visuals and a lot of fun in a game that it's worth it, if you don't own last-gen entries.- Meristation

Rag doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic improves on its forebear in some areas but it also falls short in many others. The promised online multiplayer is nowhere to be seen. With a poor and short single player, only the offline multiplayer, funny with three friends, has some interest... and his curious graphic style too.- Meristation

Godfather II works quite well as a gangster manager, but fails to deliver as a GTA-style sandbox. Its technical side is poor in all sections and despite the fact that we have plenty of options to gain control of the cities, it soon becomes repetitive. Globally it stays way under GTA IV, but as a mafia manager it still has a point.- Meristation

This new Xbox 360 exclusive is not what we expected. It has a lot of potential: it's a game with a lot of action in it, great gameplay, and quite charming. But it reuses many of its gameplay elements: backgrounds and enemies are almost always the same, and the game is not as deep as it promises at the beginning. A good game, but From Software could have done it much better.- Meristation

Elven Legacy is the classic turn-based strategy game, flavored with a touch of good role-playing. Released as a continuation of Fantasy Wars, you don't need the original game in order to play it. This game combines two styles of play that have proved to work perfectly, and put them in a well built fantasy world. Although it could hardly compete against the masters of the genre like Total War or Civilization series, it won't be weird if we were to meet future releases of this new series. Elven Legacy assures us several hours of fun featuring elves and many other creatures or monsters, rich colored graphics and a nice background story.- Meristation

It's more than just a musical game. It's pure rhythm. Nintendo has done it again with an completely original game, and outstanding one that will hit the streets in no time. As soon as it does, it will surely become another instant hit on the market. You just can't stop playing with all the different rhythms of this bizarre but lovely game. A must-have with no doubt.- Meristation

James Silva and Ska Studios did a good job with The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai, a very nice beat'em up without a deep storyline, but a great gameplay that remind us the classic games of the genre. This is not the "new Castle Crashers", but it's really a game that deserves an opportunity.- Meristation

Larry Loveage is the nephew of Larry Laffer, but he's not half as charming as his uncle. This new game offers completely new gameplay that doesn't suit the character, along with many technical issues that make it a repetitive, uninspired and not so interesting game. It forgets Larry's legacy and tries its own ideas, but with little fortune.- Meristation

Guitar Hero Metallica lands with many cool new features and very good presentation. Taking the role of one of the greatest bands of all time is not an easy task, but the game manages well to give the player a huge amount of songs, while fitting well for different skill levels. Furious fret working and thundering drumming are the basics of what achieve to be a great tribute. Only the length of the songs, which can exhaust almost any player on highest difficulty and the decision to not be compatible with other downloadable content different than Death Magnetic are real drawbacks on this great game.- Meristation

The Wheelman is a fusion between the sandbox and the race genre. Featuring ideas taken from games like Driver, Need for Speed and GTA, Vin Diesel is the main figure of the staff between the game. Controlling Milo Burik, a sort of undercover cop, we´ll travel to Barcelona to see what´s happening there. We´ll never know which is our real objective, and the plot lacks depth and connection. Racing through Barcelona, we found a decent game that has a mix of driving and shooting. Pack this with a fair graphic engine and you have a title that performs well but is not at the level of the best.- Meristation

Despite its looks, quite similar to the Smackdown franchise, Legends is a very different game. It has all the charm of a huge bunch of timeless stars of the WWE, and it offers a more dynamic and faster gameplay. Unfortunately, it's rather short: its game modes are just a few hours of fun, before relying just in the Exhibition modes.- Meristation

Wanted has several good ideas, and it's not a bad game on the technical side. But, overall, it seems a bit uninspired when it comes to exploit all its potential, and it's extremely short, with little replay value, just replaying the main story with different characters. Fun while it lasts, but it won't be long.- Meristation
