MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is undoubtedly a love letter to the beat 'em up genre and 90s nostalgia. However, that fidelity to the past is also its biggest limitation.- LevelUp

LEGO Horizon Adventures achieves its primary goal: capturing the essence of Horizon Zero Dawn and blending it with LEGO's characteristic humor to deliver a charming and entertaining experience. While it shines through its beautiful visuals and enjoyable combat system, its linear structure and uninspired level design limit the variety, making the gameplay feel repetitive. Even so, it's a good entry point for embarking on Aloy's journey for the first time.- LevelUp

Nikoderiko: The Magical World could be labeled as the son of Donkey Kong Country and Crash Bandicoot, but almost all the experience is based on the Nintendo IP. It’s great and it has the same level of quality, but we expected to see more unique ideas and concepts. Also, the Nintendo Switch version is not the ideal way ti play it.- LevelUp

In the end, Caravan SandWitch is a game for those who don't want to get into trouble and want to enjoy an interesting story with a simple design and mechanics, perhaps even for those who want to get into video games, but not in a such a deep level. The sense of freedom and exploration is well achieved, although the proposal does not take long to expose the resources that, in my opinion, lengthen it more than necessary,- LevelUp

Every Harry Potter fan has wished to feel the air on his face while flying on a broom at full speed in search of the golden Snitch. Harry Potter Quidditch Champions succeeds in fulfilling that dream halfway, because it conveys the excitement of the matches but turns off after a few hours. The lack of content and game modes make the experience become repetitive, plus the campaign is short and the rewards are not worth it. If you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber give it a try and judge for yourself.- LevelUp

Concord has a solid foundation and interesting ideas; however, its bland cast of characters and lack of innovation make it a generic and unappealing hero shooter destined to fail, especially considering its $40 USD price tag. It's not a bad game, but is something much worse: an unnecessary product that fails to understand the market it competes in. Simply put, there are better and more enjoyable free alternatives out there- LevelUp

SNK vs Capcom: SVC CHAOS returns straight from the arcades as a re-release with few new features. A game that went unnoticed but shines for its characters and solid control. SNK vs Capcom: SVC CHAOS has a broken balance and that can't be changed but playing it is a lot of fun. The opportunity to play it online gives it a lot of value and fortunately it works perfectly. Other than that, this version has little else to offer and the game is starting to feel old. A few image tweaks and other improvements would make this game more valuable in its comeback.- LevelUp

Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep the Board!" is an interesting proposal for manga and anime fans who enjoy party games. The title features boards inspired by important locations from Demon Slayer and the saga's characteristic humor. Sadly, the minigames catalog is poor, and its battles against demons, while intense and enjoyable, cannot save the lack of variety that condemns it to a repetitive experience.- LevelUp

SaGa Emerald Beyond is a little bit of a mess because it is so ambitious, but at the same time it didn't receive the love and attention of other Square Enix IP. That makes it reuse a lot of content and being repetitive. Luckily, the combat it’s so amazing that you will have played for hours without noticing.- LevelUp

Despite being a game with exceptional ideas developed by a talented team, the reality is grim: Phantom Fury debuts with fundamental design flaws amidst the crossfire of survival, Embracer Group, and layoffs during development. Unfortunately, it is a rushed game, plagued by constant errors and a hastily constructed third act.- LevelUp

Felix The Cat returns in a two-pack of platformers from 30 years ago. The nostalgia hit is evident but not enough to justify its price. It's appreciated that Konami has taken an interest in unearthing a gem of its era, but the treatment of the package is very poor. The lack of extras or improvements on a technical level is somewhat disappointing. It's a nice attempt to bring back Felix The Cat, but it's not the tribute he deserves.- LevelUp

Princess Peach: Showtime! does some good things, but in the end it falls short. This platformer is full of good ideas, but the problem is that they remain just that: ideas. It's as if its developers had put together a bunch of proofs of concept in a single game without worrying about the most important thing: that they form a fun product and turn out to be more than the sum of all its parts.- LevelUp

Contra: Operation Galuga stays true to its roots but makes changes to appeal to old and new players. The result is a good arcade experience that adapts to the player and appeals to nostalgia to convince classic game lovers. While it delivers on being fun and challenging, it fails in its presentation with soulless designs and a less-than-stellar technical side. It is ideal for fans of retro games but for action lovers there are better options to choose from.- LevelUp

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League lives up to its name and shoots itself in the foot with repetitive mission design, a very chaotic combat, microtransactions and an overwhelming loot system. While the Task Force X villains are very charismatic, they are unable to rescue a generic game. The worst part is that it doesn't do justice to the legacy of Batman: Arkham.- LevelUp

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story is a very simple game, yet it has a lot of charm thanks to its personal narrative that's easy to relate to. Undoubtedly, the connection between Nunu and Willump is the heart of the adventure. While the puzzles are fun and intriguing, it's regrettable that both the platforming and combat are very monotonous. Depth is noticeably lacking in most of its systems.- LevelUp

Tales of Arise: Beyond The Dawn tells us what happened after the original adventure with a solid story and an endearing character, but fails to recycle everything else. While the storyline is good, the lack of new content makes us doubt the value of this new expansion. Tales of Arise: Beyond The Dawn is only for those who were left wanting to know what happened next, and are looking for a reason to return to the world of Tales of Arise.- LevelUp

I think it is necessary to see Naheulbeuk's Dungeon Master as an introductory proposal for the genre and a game that in small portions of consumption can give you fun times. Its campaign, humor and missions are attractive despite its limitations or wrong decisions in execution. We are not facing the panacea of simulation and management and of course we are very far from works like Dungeon Keeper, but it is not a terrible experience either.- LevelUp

They say old habits die hard, and that's precisely what stains Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. We have a game that knows how to capitalize on the franchise it's based on to deliver a product that does enough to distinguish itself from other releases. Despite having several moments of quality and clever design, the overall quality suffers due to outdated mission design, as well as a dull, hollow, and timid story that shows a lot but says very little.- LevelUp

EA Sports WRC is the first of its kind and although the result is bittersweet, it has solid foundations that could take the franchise to a better level. The heritage of Colin McRae's installments is there, Codemasters was guardian of it for 2 decades, and of course there is a vote of confidence for what they will do in future editions. Unfortunately, in his debut the result is not what was expected and amounts to a slump after a period with good results in his racing game releases. EA Sports WRC is not unplayable, nor a disaster, but it is far from great, although there is room for improvement with the passage of time and updates, so perhaps you could consider it for later.- LevelUp

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged is an entertaining game, but it has a long way to go before it can compete against the big names of the genre. It is evident that Milestone thought of it as a casual arcade racing game that you can enjoy in challenges with your friends to spend a time full of laughter and chaotic fun. Unfortunately, this good foundation suffers from a completely soulless and generic track design that you'll quickly forget.- LevelUp

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle seems to be at the level of the first installment, although at times it suggests that it is falling behind. Unlike Daymare 1998, we are faced with a proposal that got caught up in its attempt to pay homage and its desire to do something original. Despite this, it can be a passable old-school horror game experience.- LevelUp

Infinity Strash: DRAGON QUEST The Adventure of Dai is a missed opportunity for fans of Dai (known as The Adventures of Fly in the West) who were hoping for a good game to revive the franchise. Despite the dedication to telling the story, the game is mediocre and fails to encompass everything seen in the anime remake. In short, it joins the list of anime-based games that fail to live up to their expectations and squander their potential.- LevelUp
