This halfway experiment between psychology and interactive entertainment combines humor and the absurd in a modest way. There may be better options to spend your money on, but at least this one is both fun and innovative.

Armored Core: Verdict Day will be thoroughly enjoyed by those fans that appreciated the online mode in the previous installment of the saga. For the rest, the scarce number of new elements, paired with its classic high difficulty, can really constitute a deal-breaker.

Contrast is, above all, a game that spells magic and dream, a tribute to film noir with a powerful artistic design and a wonderful soundtrack. Unfortunately, it is tarnished by its short duration and some aggravating errors in its code.

In spite of its family-friendly aesthetics and its co-op option, Knack ended up being more repetitive and unsatisfactory than we expected from one of PS4's big release titles.

Resogun is the model to follow in indie titles. A frenetic yet simple play style, wonderful music, astounding visuals in their own way and a great attention to detail. Is it short? It is, but its replayability is undeniable. People will still be talking about this game in the years to come, as this is no doubt one of the best release titles for PlayStation 4.

Killzone: Shadow Fall is undoubtedly one of the best games that could be released alongside the PlayStation 4. Its varied play style, its addictive multiplayer and its graphic potential conform a spectacular and entertaining title able to display all the possibilities of the new console.

FIFA 14 makes use of the Ignite Engine in this new console generation, making it a much more realistic experience. Besides, the graphic improvements will allow us to enjoy a graphic detail unheard of in the previous generation.

It will be thoroughly enjoyed by the show's fans, although any adult giving it a try wouldn't be as excited. Co-op mode makes it the ideal game to spend an evening with the family, even though WayForward didn't make the most of the show's license.

LEGO Marvel is, without a doubt, the best LEGO game so far. It may even be the best Marvel game so far. Due to its extensive game time and its ample variety of options, it can be considered an excellent game, or as Stan Lee himself would put it: "Excelsior".

Need for Speed Rivals is loaded with adrenaline and speed, and powered by the powerful Frostbite 3 engine. This title by Ghost Games will serve its purpose as a bridge between two console generations, and will certainly capture the attention of the general audience.

With Tearaway, Media Molecule is showing us how good they are at the 3D platform genre. Even surpassing their own work in LittleBigPlanet, they offer us an excellent product, thanks to an incredible display of imagination, with some of the most remarkable visuals and gameplay we have seen on PlayStation Vita so far.

WRC4 is a loyal to its predecessors, and some small improvements make it the ideal product for rally and motorsport fans. Even with its shortcomings, it is a racing title that will be thoroughly enjoyed by speed freaks.

Ratchet and Clank: Nexus is Insomniac's failed attempt to make a triumphant exit. Short and easy, its general unfinished feeling ruins the sensation of playing a new chapter of the saga. However, its careful optimization, graphics, sound and localization are, as usual, almost perfect.

The franchise's arrival to PlayStation 4 was intended to be a step forward, given the graphical improvements. Despite being a better version thanks to its 1080p resolution and 60fps, this is by no means a blockbuster title, as it is a very limited game and its graphical aspects are still a far cry from PlayStation 4's maximum capabilities.

The Alliance is the franchise's next natural step on PlayStation Vita, a children's title that will be enjoyed by all members of the family. The new augmented reality feature will make you believe the InviZimals are real, producing an incredible immersion effect. Varied, visually correct and with more than 100 of these animals for capturing. It's a lot of fun.

Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom is a platform title that has many obvious shortcomings. It's difficulty level is a joke, the controls are difficult and slow, the camera is horrid and it doesn't innovate in any respect. This game is just an attempt to use the franchise's success in a portable format.

This new installment in the Batman franchise will be thoroughly enjoyed by the fans of the dark knight, although it is somewhat lacking in originality and some of the villains are not particularly charismatic. Warner Montreal did a good job, but it does not reach the same level as the previous installments by Rocksteady.

Black Flag is quite possibly the closest to a real sandbox we have seen in this saga by Ubisoft. Even though its main innovations revolve around the sea navigation and naval combat, this new installment still possesses enough good qualities as to give this saga our vote one more year.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is, without a doubt, the best MMORPG there is for PlayStation 3, and even one of the best in the whole genre. It recovers the magic that has been lost in the last installments of the saga, and combines it with a storyline full of epic moments. A "second wind" that will not disappoint.

Skylanders Swap Force is probably the most complete and successful installment of this franchise for children from Activision. The possibility of combining different Swap Force figurines widen the options. Furthermore, we can even use our Skylanders Spyro's Adventures and Skylanders Giants figurines, and both would include playable options.

Although the dynamic gameplay does not meet our expectations, the game has several positive qualities, such as the final bosses, the design of scenarios and the different control routine combinations. Puppeteer is earning the hearts of both the public and the critics, and the low price leaves no room for doubt about purchasing it.
