You will forget all about the sub-par graphics and sound. You just won't care, because you're having too much fun exploring and killing and moving.- Kombo

However, so much of my enjoyment was based on admittedly subjective design choices that I can't give it an unconditional endorsement. As such, this is probably the highest score I will ever give alongside a strong recommendation to rent first.- Kombo

Baten Kaitos is a game that may not be as big as Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest, but it sure has a heart that can easily compete. It is truly a labor of love that should not be missed by anyone who loves great storytelling.- Kombo

There is no reason why RPG lovers wouldn't like Baten Kaitos, but non-RPG lovers may have trouble adjusting to the slow speed of battles. Strategy lovers especially will appreciate the Magnus system's strategy.- Kombo

The simple joy of web-slinging will be remembered as one of the best gameplay experiences of 2004. Easily the best use of the open-ended gameplay structure since the original "Grand Theft Auto."- Kombo

While the game is overly easy at times and some of the level design isn't as likable or memorable as past Paper Marios, we absolutely recommend Super Paper Mario. It's a great Wii game that just about anybody can enjoy.- Kombo

The decision to take the franchise to a darker place was not a bad idea ' UbiSoft simply took it a tad far and the game has lost connection with series' roots, as anyone who looks at or plays the title without knowledge of its connection of the venerable series would probably require some convincing to accept that yes, this action game was an entry in the Prince of Persia franchise.- Kombo

The main problem in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn is that the game has no Wii-specific features, and it certainly doesn't have that next-gen presentation that many might expect from a Wii title.- Kombo

Indeed, though Fable has been continuously compared to the likes of "Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind," this is not Morrowind. It is much more linear – more so than that title and even Bioware's 2003 hit, "Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic."- Kombo
