I found Ariane to be a tad fidgety when standing in one place and while other characters are speaking to her. Her abundance of mannerisms proved rather distracting to me, particularly at first. Fewer would have been better.- Just Adventure

I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome which was a very unconventional ending – this one will leave you with your jaw dropped and mentally revising the interwoven parts of the story for a while.- Just Adventure

This is a classic adventure game. If you enjoy adventure games, then you will enjoy this one. The fact that it was created by a single person is just amazing.- Just Adventure

“The Bogey Man” is fun, funny and again beautifully made. I can indeed easily see how a W&G fan who has no discernible interest in adventure games might love it. Episode four was of a piece with its three previous installments, although a bit less surprising, a bit less engrossing. One could almost hear the game designers yawning.- Just Adventure

To say this game is short is too kind. I think the credits are longer than the game. I think the endless loading screens at Lionhead Studios are longer than this game.- Just Adventure

Unfortunately, the first chapter is more exposition than game.- Just Adventure

So what we have is a professionally made game with all the right pieces in all the right places, but with enough imperfection to prevent an “A” rating.- Just Adventure

Yes, it is a quality game with high-end graphics and superb voice-acting, but it also seems to be pretty much 'by-the-numbers' let's get this finished and hope we get better distribution and make more money than we did with Dreamcatcher so we can move on to our next project type of game.- Just Adventure

The puzzles have the potential to cause extreme frustration even with the most patient of gamers. Using the internet as the backbone for the game may not be ideal as, sooner or later, the websites will come down and the game server will no longer be sending emails to players.- Just Adventure

The adventure chapters have a wonderfully classic feeling to them, and the action chapters are challenging and fun.- Just Adventure

Ultimately, Cyan hasn’t let Myst go out with a bang, not even a whisper, but with a little squeal of joy.- Just Adventure

Although I found the game enjoyable and challenging (you'll have a jigsaw puzzle to solve -arghhhhhhh), the game does not present much in the innovation department, and the storyline is a little weak. But, hey, this is the real deal - a good solid adventure yarn, and I recommend it.- Just Adventure

This would be a very good game, but it suffers from a fatal syndrome: it will inevitably be compared to the original source material.- Just Adventure

For all its faults, Again is an innovative adventure game worth playing and a sequel – which is hinted at – would be more than welcome.- Just Adventure

It's so annoying when a game is so near being great and falls short because of a lack of attention in a few areas.- Just Adventure

An innocuous game with each case taking from 1- 2 hours to complete. It stays true to the spirit of the show and the price is a steal at $9.99.- Just Adventure

The solution to this problem might be corrected by better choices, including more Star Trek-like non-violent solutions and away mission problems, and a less obnoxiously difficult equipment upgrade system, which might give captains the will to live in this world.- Just Adventure

Overall, despite its faults, Homestar Ruiner is a pretty enjoyable game, a lighthearted cartoon romp with a great sense of humor and an original flavor.- Just Adventure

Technically I should say that the game deserves an A rating but after completing Salammbo I was left with the strange feeling that I ought to have enjoyed it more. I think this was partly due to the subject matter – being a pacifist by nature, war and all of its accompanying paraphernalia is not really my scene.- Just Adventure

As adventure games go, it is almost a sci-fi opus and it is intriguing to think that only a miniscule portion of the Perryverse has been plumbed.- Just Adventure

Almost everything in Black Mirror II deserves an A. The graphics, the music, the acting, the plot, the script, the interface. Even many of the puzzles are well thought out. If only the game had let me solve them. Without something to challenge the mind, however, it's all just cable TV. Which is why, despite its many sterling qualities, I'm giving Black Mirror II an overall B.- Just Adventure

Despite my problems with 'earlier' versions, Max and the Magic Marker has a lot more polish than I'd expect from a casual game, but not nearly as much as I'd expect from a commercially sold unit.- Just Adventure

I did enjoy playing MM. Beautiful graphics and music, pretty good puzzles, along with one of the best puzzles ever created, interaction with almost everything and a good story with unexpected twists make up for the poor dialogs and the bad voiceovers.- Just Adventure

With all the technical stuff aside, how you feel about this game will be heavily dependent on your own tastes because it is such a niche game – heavy dialog, comedy, and a cartoon. Within that category of adventure games, I think Ceville will rank pretty high on gamers lists.- Just Adventure

Without giving anything away, I’ll just say that it was quite underwhelming. In all fairness, Overclocked is a decent adventure game with a unique premise that’s worth a look if you’re a fan of adventure games. Just don’t expect too much.- Just Adventure
