Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is a worthy metroidvania that unfortunately tries to overextend itself. Although the experience is diluted with ideas that could have been executed better, the core is strong enough.

After four years of development, the good people at Ironwood Studio join forces with Kepler Interactive to launch Pacific Drive. A very personal title with a brutal charisma that proves once again that small studios still have a lot to contribute to the videogame industry.

Tails of Iron 2: Whiskers of Winter is a continuist proposal that is still able to stand out with great charm and personality. A tribute to fantasy classics and a story of revenge seasoned with humor, tragedy and little animals everywhere.

New World Aeternum is fascinating. A huge campaign that you can enjoy alone or with friends joins a lot of PvP and PvE content in groups, a thousand things to do and a lot of factions that will allow us to conquer the territory, improve its defenses and turn Aeternum into our empire.

An A+ on its narrative and audiovisual presentation but not near perfect on its gameplay, due to the subjugation of its mechanics to the storytelling. Besides that it's too easy and not very long.

An homage to a franchise that now is 30 years old disguised as a brand new game with a lot of new ideas and concepts.

Blasphemous exudes quality throughout its entire playable and narrative proposal. A game taken care of to the smallest detail. A superb metroidvania.

MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is a visual treat, but it’s also a memorable experience to play. It’s a classic shooter that oozes charisma and will provide hours of good fun.

The next stop for the e-sports' train, developed with the help of the community and thought with the online world as engine for the experience. If you are a solo player, run away from this game as fast as hell.

Keiji Unafune does what he does best and have done the Mega Man that Capcom denies us. It's worth every single penny.

Hell is Us is a game based on exploration. It invites you to discover the story and secrets of its world at your own pace, without a single mission indicator in sight. The result is a challenging adventure that constantly rewards the player with very positive feelings. Although the combat system does not reach the expected level, Hell is Us stands out for its immersive atmosphere, complex story, and clever puzzles.

Arms does a lot of new things, but fails to offer a wide variety of options or characters. That will be improved over the time with free DLCs, but as it is, Arms is just a nice new beginning with plenty of room for improvement.

Telltale's crafting a nice, strong, interesting story, but with George R.R. Martin's work and the studio's past games, it'll take more than just that to achieve excellence.

20XX is going to make things very difficult for us. A remarkable roguelike with an aroma of Mega Man that seems a copy but that is a tribute to a whole way of making and understanding those kinds of video games.

For those who want to continue knowing the bloody adventures of the four Riders of the Apocalypse, Darksiders Genesis is a must. On the other hand, if you're looking for the usual saga formula, it can be quite disappointing.

As Valiant Hearts or This War of Mine, this game wants to show the most painful side of the war. Harry and Kurt are two characters with good stories and drawn like a Monet canvas. But some clumsy puzzles and predictable situations do not let them reach higher.

Despite imprecise and frustrating controls in many sections, Yooka-Replaylee has a lot of charm. A must-play for those who enjoyed the original game, or for anyone who loves collecting items in a colourful world.

A good but not great platformer that is almost as good as the original game on Wii U, but considerably smaller. But Poochy is lovely.

Batman: Return to Arkham is a good game but an awful remaster. It should have improved the frame rate, visuals and gameplay, but does none of that leaving the game almost as it was.

One of the few Call of Duty games that offers a better campaign than its competitive portion. On the single player side you'll find a great experience, but the multiplayer part of the game isn't as bright as we were expecting. Infinity Ward has followed Treyarch's step, making this game feel more like an expansion than a new game.
