After several long decades, we finally got a James Bond game that is on par with the legendary Goldeneye 007! Made with great respect for the original novels and films, 007 First Light from IO Interactive successfully mixes the sandbox elements of the Hitman franchise with modern action sequences, dynamic characters and Naughty Dog-like adventures.

Luna Abyss offers a hypnotic blend of brutalist aesthetics, fluid platforming, and challenging bullet-hell shooting, resulting in a memorable—if occasionally repetitive—sci-fi horror experience that is absolutely worth your time.

Like a long-lost CD from your youth, Mixtape blends nostalgia, music, and a touch of arty excess into a gentle, almost understated video game experience. It won’t appeal to everyone, but it’s still something I’d recommend to most players, as there’s very little like it on the market today.

Appearances can be deceiving - especially when it comes to grown adults willingly sinking hours into this phenomenal LEGO game. This is easily one of the best, if not the best, pieces of Batman fan service ever made, and a must-play for anyone who grew up with the films, games, and animated series. It also stands as the most ambitious, and arguably the best, LEGO game ever created.

Forza Horizon 6 doesn’t reinvent the formula, but instead takes everything the series has refined over the years and pushes it to an absurdly high new level with a phenomenal Japanese setting, stunning next-gen presentation, and a practically endless amount of content and activities.

Invincible VS is an exciting entry of a popular superhero franchise into the world of VS fighters, featuring unique tactical 3v3 gameplay, brutal combat, and an episodic story mode whose future chapters and updates should keep the game alive in the coming period.

In an era of copy-paste open-world festivals, this game delivers a strong linear experience that isn’t afraid to take risks. Despite somewhat clunky combat, it offers a compelling package that no fan of quality cyberpunk storytelling and aesthetics should miss.

Mouse: P.I. for Hire delivers a striking, unique aesthetic and very enjoyable retro gunplay, though its blend of styles won’t appeal to everyone. Still, as a cohesive and technically polished project, it manages to deliver a high-quality, complete experience that’s rarely seen on today’s indie scene.

Reunion finally gives fans what they’ve been asking for - a return of Max and Chloe in a form that captures the very essence of the series. It’s rare for a final chapter to correct past missteps and deliver a satisfying conclusion to a story we’ve followed for over a decade, which makes Reunion essential for all fans, even those turned away by Double Exposure. It may not be perfect, but it’s effective and emotional enough to remind us why we fell in love with Life is Strange in the first place.

In video games, there are two kinds of sequels: those that play it safe, and those that go completely off the rails. High on Life 2 firmly belongs to the latter. As the follow-up to one of the strangest FPS titles in recent years, it feels like a deliberately chaotic shooter that makes you wonder what kind of substances were in play during the writing process.

Pragmata blends action with a distinctive hacking mini-game that may feel chaotic at first, but once it clicks, it turns into one of Capcom’s most engaging experiences in recent years. Once you get a grip on its systems, it opens up into a polished and thoughtfully designed sci-fi adventure that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.

If you’re tired of the usual mascot kart racers and want something a bit different, Kirby Air Riders offers a fresh take - a racing game unlike anything else out there, aside from its decades-old predecessor. Its fast, chaotic races are a lot of fun, but the unusual control scheme might take some getting used to and could be a sticking point for some players.

One of the most complete and polished JRPGs in recent years arrives as the third entry in the Monster Hunter spin-off series. Twisted Reflection is massive and complex, yet extremely fun from start to finish – it’s not only recommended for fans of the series, but for anyone looking to try something new and interesting, different from the usual RPG titles.

WWE 2K26 continues to maintain its streak of quality, and with its largest roster yet alongside meaningful additions to existing modes, it will undoubtedly keep players glued to their screens until the next installment. For the first time in many years, we have a brand-new Resident Evil game that truly blends the best elements of the classics, the remakes, and even the newer entries to a degree. That combination, paired with a focus on familiar themes, characters, and the long-overdue closure of a storyline that stretches back to the very beginning of the series, along with its streamlined gameplay and concise length, delivers surprisingly strong results.

Octopath Traveler 0 is a huge and highly enjoyable return to the classic JRPG formula, featuring excellent turn-based combat and a smartly refined mobile DNA. That said, it doesn’t bring anything fundamentally new to the table - just another 100 hours of pure HD-2D JRPG indulgence, which genre fans certainly won’t mind.
