Rogue Corps keeps the classic Contra flavour; It is fast, fun and spectacular, but we miss some game modes (specially coop campaign) and there are some technical issues, such as camera position, frame rate and control scheme.

Although the remaster work is closer to none (and there are even some little details from the originals that have been lost), these are two of the most stylish action games of all time (and Devil May Cry 2). If you've never played these games, this is the perfect time to do it: you'll hit the jackpot.

It delivers exactly what it promises... And that's it. We would expect more game modes and variety in a "mega mix edition". Anyway, if you just want to see Miku dancing in every possible fashion, you'll be satisfied.

The game keeps its lovely charm and a huge and ambitious setting, but not all the game mechanics hold a candle to today's standards. The visual improvements are pretty poor and the even worsened some aspects like the frame rate. Nonetheless, it's an interesting experience for any JRPG fan.

An interesting adaptation of the Planet of the Apes franchise to VR, based in great motion controls in climbing and shooting. On the other side, adventure side is too simple, it is less than two hours long, and you won´t find many reasons to replay it.

As a remaster, Ys Memoire: Revelations in Celceta is, quite simply, adequate. It’s nice to revisit this classic RPG, but the lack of technical or content updates and the absence of a Spanish translation make it somewhat less appealing.

FBC Firebreak is a multiplayer game with good ideas and a great atmosphere that brings the Control universe back. Although it could bring more content, what it offers refreshes the cooperative genre with friends. It's not your typical first person shooter, thankfully.

Mortal Shell is a great debut for Cold Symmetry, but it's not a perfect game. It has awesome ideas with the shells, but it is also an opaque world with no clear story.

This nostalgic RPG suffers from an uninspired storyline, and poor technical aspects, such as frame rate drops. It´s too easy (even when battling final bosses) and the only Switch exclusive feature is online pvp mode.

Clustertruck debuts on Switch retaining the "pure platform" vibe from the PC version, with the core mechanics working like a charm in portable mode. The "jump over trucks" seems silly at first, but all the variations make it interesting till the end. It's a shame that, as in other console versions, the leaderboards and level editor are missing.

It keeps the charm of the franchise while offering some interesting moments, but it can't hide the fact that graphics and some gameplay elements are outdated. If you are looking for a plain and simple survival horror experience, you will probable be satisfied with this one.

A good puzzle and adventure game that doesn't bring anything new, but it's plain fun.

As a remaster, it's a 10/10 for Nightdive, a team that has delivered a great package. The game itself suffers from severely uneven difficulty and a excessively wacky level design, but ROTT shows an undeniable charm as a 90s over the top shooter.

NBA Live is a great first step in recovering the right way, but there is still a long way to go before reaching the level of the NBA 2K franchise.

Add the memorable content of the Gallery and fun multiplayer modes, and you've got a game that isn't perfect, that will be enjoyed by IIWW games lovers.

Gust's new turn-based RPG presents good ideas as a more accessible combat system than the Atelier saga or the possibility of choosing which song to listen to. However, the division by zones, not have English voices or the little challenge presented in fighting makes Blue Reflection undeserving of more praise.

No Straight Roads surprises with its insane yet attractive argument, its likeable protagonists and its eccentric bosses, in long and rich combat. But it's too short, the difficulty is inconsistent and, in general terms, its gameplay is less solid than its presentation. A case of style over substance, even if it's worth playing for the music alone.

An enhanced port of the PS3 role-playing game, the first entry of the Dusk trilogy and an affordable chance to initiate ourselves in this world.

Namco Museum brings back pixel perfect emulation of some classic arcades, such as Galaga, Pac-Man or Splatterhouse. It also includes Pac-Man Vs. four player asymmetric game, but t lacks of extra content and there are too few games available.

We Were Here Together is a "escape room" type of videogame, exclusively for two players online. Communication through voice chat is essential to solve the puzzles, but some of them are not very intuitive and the story is weak. If you've got someone to play with (and a bit of patience) you'll have a very unique experience.

It's good to see a sandbox oriented VR game. It offers some unique sensations although it feels shallow in the graphical and variety departments.

Gal Metal is a fresh offering in the musical genre... but some areas are a little bit ¿weird? Only classical music (with a rock paint coat) or the detection errors from the Joy-Con, ruin part of the joy. Also, the "over the top" Japanese adventure touches, and social elements, take the player far from the core (feel like a drummer).

A funny 'retro' shooter filled with a lot of surprises... and fish!

If you are looking for an adventure for a player, that young and old can enjoy, it is one of the best options that you will find this Christmas. It is not very original and it is always safe, but its pleasant and entertaining development and great dubbing invite you to continue playing. On Switch it has slight frame backfires, but it is perfectly playable.

PS4 offers better and less outdated RPGs, but the charm of the digimon you can find is beyond any doubt. If tricky adventures don't scare you, give it a go.
