    Civilization 7 is a very pretty and very chaoitc game. Brave but not thought out. It introduces changes that aren’t inherently bad, and they build an interesting foundation for a probably great game in the future. Unfortunately now we got an early access production for a premium access price.

    Operation Flashpoint: Red River was supposed to interest new, less experienced players but they will be repelled by low damage resistance and non-regenerating health. War simulation lovers on the other hand won't find any alternative for their favorite games even if they acknowledge some simplifications. The result is a mediocre game that plays well only with other real players - but only those who value cooperation more than competition.

    LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 for the PS Vita is a game that brings up mixed emotions. On one hand we have a satisfactory gameplay, lots of humor and things to unlock that sholud provide at least a dozen hours of fun. On the other hand, the game is technically flawed and lacks a basic co-op mode.

    Dead Rising 3 should appeal to people enjoying short, simple fun in a world full of imaginary possibilities (especially when they do it in cooperation). The game definitely will be fun for fans of zombies (it's pretty much a must buy for them). All in all, Dead Rising 3 is a good but monotonous game that had some bad luck. First it had to be finished for Xbox One's premiere (a giant patch followed) and now it's very poorly optimized.

    The several hours needed to complete Phantaruk were quite pleasant. Sure, there are lots of better indie games (especially in the "scary" genre) but Polyslash has a chance to dazzle gamers with their next game. Their debut is a well done mix of horror and stealth that needs some polishing and a better story.

    Transport Fever is a game with lots of strong features - it has a great array of well made vehicles, the single-player campaign is interesting and the joy of creating a complex transport organism is great. Then why almost every part of the game had to be burdened with issues of different kind and magnitude? It's a cool game that never lives up to its potential.

    A few fun moments is too little to even say that I had fun. Wolfenstein: Youngblood is a bizarre hybrid - a rail shooter with grind and endgame reminiscent of open-world games. An RPG looter-shooter without loot or real rewards. The game fails to be good at any single element it offers, and a ton of games out there is better at all of them.

    Both parts of Baldur's Gate have been given a ton of excellent modifications that make the Enhanced Edition look poor. The overall grade given to the "new" Baldur can seem controversial, so let me explain. Baldur's Gate as a game deserves a full 10 out of 10, but the Enhanced Edition introduces so few interesting new elements, that it's impossible to give it more than 6/10. And in this case we really should consider only the new content.

    LEGO Worlds is a weird game for no one in particular. Younger players will be happy seeing brick men jumping around brick worlds but they won't be able to complete most tasks. Older players will become bored by low difficulty level and repetitiveness. There is hope in the inevitable additional content - fingers crossed for free distribution.

    Agents of Mayhem utilizes a cool idea of steering a trio of agents, has cool cartoon graphics and proper Saints Row humor. Unfortunately the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired - there's too much repetitiveness. Joy turns into boredom really quickly.

    I don't know if I can recommend Q-Force to fans of the series. I think that after 11 games with these heroes, Insomniac Games has hit a wall. It's quite a good and demanding game that, unfortunately, has nothing in common with the "platform shooter" that the fans know and love. Insomniac has some ideas for this brand, but the new game isn't great both as a platformer, and as a tower defense game. Mixing these two elements produces a decent end result, but you should want more from such a developer.

    If you're the type of person who loves revisiting Dragon Ball Z every year, Kakarot can be an interesting way to do it thanks to its unique approach. This mediocre game is surprisingly fun for fans of the anime. However, if you don't understand the phenomenon of Dragon Ball, don't expect this game to change that.

    Little Nightmares III is not a bad game, despite many flaws. It is a middle of the road, proper game that provides a few hours of fun. The problem is that this series used to be much more than that. First two games were bold and full of ideas that stuck with you for a long time. I will forget about this nightmare very quickly.

    Is Tamagotchi Plaza a pleasant game? Sure. But can I be certain who is it for? Nope. It contradicts itself at every step, and isn’t suitable neither for kids nor adults. I’m a tamagotchi fan, and I was confused more often than not.

    Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League should have been a game like Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy - the result would have been great! We have cool anti-heroes, good dialogue, an interesting story and combat that provides fun. At least at the beginning. Because soon the empty world and repetitiveness drag this game down and everything becomes really dull.

    Skyshine's Bedlam promises more than it offers. The game makes a good impression with audio and visuals reminiscent of the Borderland series, but a cool gameplay concept has been buried underneath a weak tactical mode. This is a game with an artificially high difficulty level and a total lack of balance. It has appeared on the market only to conduct beta tests on unsuspecting players.

    Blood Dragon is one of the most original expansions I have ever come across. The developers have succeeded in smuggling absurd atmosphere into Far Cry 3 and create a really funny parody. Unfortunately all the main assets of Far Cry 3 have been lost in the process and the game quickly becomes monotonous. Making fun of trending themes is great up to a point, when Blood Dragon becomes boring. What we have is a really funny missed chance.

    In the preview stage Revolution looked like a good, rich expansion - four new multiplayer maps, a new arena, new additions to the zombie mode and a new machine gun. Unfortunately every positive aspect has a negative counterpart. Downhill is an excellent map, but there's also a poorly made Hydro, and Mirage and Grind - while interesting - are too small to reach full potential. Zombie mode has a cool Die Rise, but on the other hand Turned is atrocious. The balance of the universe is intact, but Call of Duty fans surely wanted more. Revolution is a mediocre opener for a fully paid "season".

    The game's adventure formula is a reason for Lucius being a one-time thing. Almost every time there is only one way to complete a mission and when action (and not puzzles) moves to the spotlight, Lucius becomes chaotic and weird. There are no reasons to replay Lucius after finishing it - unless you loved a certain part or two. The game ends in a way that teases a sequel, perhaps Lucius will have an opportunity to become a better game with a more polished formula. Right now it's short, quite expensive and strange, but the basic idea is great.

    The new Tropico can be recommended only to those who aren't familiar with the series. For everyone else (especially for fans of this tropical dictatorship) buying Tropico 5 will be a missed investment - the developers are offering the same bottle of rum with a different label. It's still the same good, old Tropico - without significant changes in gameplay, flawed merchant routes system, technical issues and the addition of a multiplayer mode.

    Fable is as charming and playable as ever, but the anniversary version is a technical disaster. The developer should have waited till September and use the time to polish this pearl. This game deserves a much higher grade. If you remember loving Fable a lot some years ago and are a forgiving person - buy it. In any other case playing the original will do just fine.

    I have experienced quite a few really cool moments while playing Assassin’s Creed: Shadows, but after 40 hours of playtime all those moments are lost in time like tears in rain. This new Creed has some interesting ideas to shake up the formula, but none of them are good enough to make it count. All in all, any potential for greatness was squandered for yet another opportunity to make a very big game.

    Sacred 3 is so very different from previous installments in this series, that gamers that appreciate classic h'n's mechanics and open world exploration will be extremely disappointed. Keen Games have produced a game dedicated to consoles and "couch gaming". But if you put aside your prejudice, you could enjoy Sacred 3 - it's a pretty good action game with a funny fantasy setting. Fans of the classics have to keep playing Diablo, Path of Exile or wait for Grim Dawn.

    Despite a handful of flaws, Crossfire isn't a bad or unnecessary expansion. After finishing Back to Action I felt that there should be a new territory to conquer. I didn't think that the developer will fix a lot of mistakes and make some new ones on the way. This add-on is imbalanced, has an economy that is unfitted to the new territory, and a lot of "gaming mines" that are easy to step on. All in all, Crossfire is a game worse than Back to Action was on the day of its debut.

    Blades of Fire has two faces – at first the game irritates with nearly every little thing, but after a while the pieces seem to fit quite nicely. I wanted to discover new mechanics (that were extremely poorly explained) and really get to know the game. But that does not change the fact, that it is tiresome and demands frequent breaks.

    Ashes of the Singularity is a game for veterans, people who love real time strategies and tend to improve their tactics over and over again. It's similar to Supreme Commander and offers a reasonable amount of fun but it won't be as popular. All the positive feedback comes from multiplayer - the single player is flawed and quite boring. All in all the game feels unfinished.

    I would appreciate Expeditions: Rome much more if only there were fewer boring tasks and everything was happening faster. Conquering Europe really shouldn't take that long, and battles should have more meaning, albeit less frequent. Quantity does not mean quality.

    Despite a considerable amount of setbacks, Omerta: City of Gangsters isn't a game doomed to fail. It's obvious that Haemimont Games first and foremost makes really good economic strategy games, but perhaps someone thought that this area in Omerta won't be appealing enough to make it a key feature. The game in its economical aspect is simplified, but at the same time is light and pleasant and didn't need anything else implemented "just because". Unfortunately, all in all Omerta is an experiment that could have gone better.
