The Dead Tree of Ranchiuna is a journey of self-discovery that shows us an everyday society that is increasingly dehumanised and unfair.

The Station proposes to investigate the disappearance of three members in a space station. To do this we must focus on exploring and carefully observing the whole environment and solve ingenious puzzles.

Idle Champions of the Forgotten realms is a glorified mobile game that succeeds in being a demanding Metroidvania with special care to not be annoyingly difficult.

Alice in Wonderland in the aesthetic world of Limbo with the spiky difficulty of Ori and the Blind Forest. A modest videogame, but most of all, solvent.

It's always good for the preservation of video games when companies provide us with compilations with never-before-seen development material, manuals, etc. In this case, Sunsoft includes all of that and goes even further by bringing three games that had never reached Western shores, which for many will be original 8-bit releases from the 80s. The only questionable thing is the small selection, three titles do not seem enough , especially for the large, varied and high-quality catalogue of Sunsoft, although as a first step, we could say that it passes its intentions. However, we hope for more in the future.

Way of the Passive Fist is a strange and original proposal, which has led to a game that challenges our memory, but served as a brawler. Its visual style, purely arcade of the 90's, together with its rhythmic soundtrack are in charge of saving it from being forgotten.

Shift Happens is a platform game with arcade mixes ideal for all ages. Take the control of Bismo and Plom, two beings made with chemical compounds that want to escape from the factory just where they were created. You can play it in the company of a friend, online or locally.

One of today's most popular anime gets its first game, which unfortunately doesn't deliver everything fans can expect. It's true that it can offer fun and be able to control your favorite characters, but on the other hand, it has a terrible technical section and mistakes that can make you give up playing it.

If you want to have a good scary time on Halloween and solve Escape Room-style puzzles, but intuitive in company and you are one of those who have a hard time with horror games, perhaps this somewhat light proposal from Jandusoft is for you, but for those looking for a hardcore experience full of jump scares, they will be disappointed.

WRC 7 tries to transmit the essence of the rally without much success. A medium graphic level and rough driving does not manage to stand out above other titles of the genre. However, the game offers fast and easy fun. Ideal for anyone who wants to explore this type of competition for the first time.

Maize is a different experience with an unique style that has small problems to connect and put players into an enjoyable experience. In Maize everything is spinning around a wacky story that for some people may be hard to take. And on the top of that, you've got gameplay that sometimes feels kind of unappealing and disorientating.

The best thing about Achtung! Cthulhu Tactics is the idea of blending WWII and Lovecraft universe, but we had to confess that the game itself made us wish for another studio to take this great idea and make a different game.

If you did not have the opportunity to play any of these titles back in the day, nor have you been able to play them on PC or Switch in recent years, and you consider yourself a JRPG lover, this is your opportunity to enjoy two great references of the genre. If you are a fan of the saga and want to play it again on another platform, go ahead and go for it, I understand you because I do exactly the same thing. Now, if you do not fall into either of the two cases mentioned, Grandia HD Collection does not justify its price in any way, today you will find many ways to enjoy these games with better quality than what, unfortunately, it offers us.
