Lengthy battles embedded in a great story will bring joy to players. But be warned, to enjoy this one to the fullest, you should possess love for micro management, tactical fighting as well as lots of patience.

Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 is a solid jump'n'run-shooter with nice retro flair and sophisticated audio tracks. Core gamers will be attracted, so it's definitely worth giving it a try.

Simple, but addictive, thrilling and yet funny: The only flaw is a missing plot. Great jump'n'run with a scent of puzzle.

Crash Time 4 - The Syndicate is a racing game that introduces nothing new or innovative to the gamers and is just fun to play for a certain while. But the racing element is a welcome feature and the city of cologne is rebuilt in a very fascinating and detailed way.

Mario Sports Mix had the opportunity to be a great sports games collection on the Nintendo Wii, but there are only four games included and there is no commentator – a great flaw, as comments on your performance usually enhance the fun. Then again, the multiplayer mode, easiness, and beginner friendliness make the game quite entertaining.

Killzone 3: Definitely a must-have, boasting its great graphics, messing with your perception, and a pretty nice storyline. Aside from that, there's still some issues in the handling sector, sometimes there's just too little time to react appropriately. While the singleplayer mode on its own is good, multiplayer's simply awesome.

After 19 years, X-Men Arcade finally made its way to the PS3 and Xbox 360. A few things like the redesigned heads-up display changed, but sound and graphics are still 1992. They make sure you get your retro-feelings, fighting enemies like Juggernaut, Pyro or Magneto.

Even though the character's facial expressions do not seem to be overwhelming, the story, the awesome soundtrack, the authentic synchro and other thrilling details create a spine-chilling horror adventure.

I restarted the game, but the game was over. If you're into Breakout, this might be just for you, but if you're in search for something soccer-related, just let this one pass you by.

Everybody who likes to dance doesn't have to do it public – with Dance Paradise you can stay at your place. Due to the common presentation and the repetitive dance moves you might get bored quite soon.

The potential in DC Universe Online is immense, and while the basics are okay, the polishing however has gone bad. There's only little life in this CPU city, and leveling is done just way too fast.

The turn-based strategy game Making History II - The War of the World has too much focus on the economy than on the tactical side of warfare. This game is definitely no competitor to the Hearts of Iron series.

Even though The Next Big Thing seems to have a lot in common with the Runaway trilogy, it is an absolutely great game. What a shame that the puzzles are not always as challenging as you expect them to be.

Playing Spare Parts, you'll find some innovative thoughts on cooperative multiplayer and fast platform action. Once you can handle the problems with the control and perspective, you will get a smart, detailed game for a low price for ten hours of gameplay.

Compared to Mindjack, I even like some of the dance games for Kinect – there at least I move my body. But nothing about this game makes me sweat. It's sad because given the mindhack feature, this could have been a game with potential.

After Cars for Wii in 2006 one could expect at least an average game. But what's sold here falls pretty short of the great Pixar movie. Hardcore fans can buy it, but everyone else should get Mario Party and the likes.

If you don't expect DUNGEONS to be Dungeon Keeper III, there are not many things you could possibly criticize. This game is more about taking care of yours heroes than of your creatures. Nevertheless, the mission of creating a fun title has been well completed.

Dead Space 2 can keep up with one of the most essential aspects that is often missed in games: it's bloody thrilling. It's not usual that a game drags so hard on your nerves – but you will appreciate it.
