FIFA 10 feels like the old days - it‘s remarkable without giving reasons to hype about the game. Graphics are nice, sounds and comments are pretty bad, and if it weren't for a great Be A Pro and Manager Mode, it‘d just be another average soccer game.

It looks beautiful, offers an vast amount of content and uses the touchscreen very well. Likely one of the last really good DS games from Nintendo.

The new gameplay and the fights against horrifying shadows is very well made, but it‘s too repetitive to play for a longer period. So, the story loses a lot of drive and that‘s pretty unfortunate. Alan Wake has the looks of Max Payne, but without innovation. Nevertheless, if you‘re looking for 12 hours of horror action, Alan Wake is your way to go.

Let‘s bring up the facts: Brütal Legend is unique, has great music, is fun as hell and stars Jack Black! Aside from that, a great story about heavy metal, dreams and love awaits you - but don‘t forget to kick some ass. Simply brütal!

L.A. Noire offers a film-like play experience, with you the male detective lead. You should really want that, because the easy action parts are mostly there as a diversion – detective work is at the core. There's minor flaws like the weak AI, but hobby criminologists surely can live with that.

Ms. Splosion Man is the predecessor on drugs. While higher-faster-further does certainly have an appeal Twisted Pixel causes hallucinations that are less of a walk on a field of flowers and more of a dance on a volcano. This is a game that will drive impatient gamers crazy but will be loved by perfectionists.

While the tutorial is very lengthy and exhausting, the story needs a little time to get the plot started. Fans of strategy should consider this a look, and even beginners could enjoy Valkyria Chronicles II.

WarioWare – Do It Yourself lets you design quick and simple mini games as if you were a real game designer. Its biggest asset is simplicity, but it might also be its biggest flaw.

How should I start, with incredibly detailed, beautiful graphics, great sound and familiar voices, or the time and again dead on verbal wit? Fans of point & click adventures schouldn't mis out on this one, nor should true gamers - most of the witty passages are design to appeal to them.

Injustice: Gods among us is a rock-solid brawler. The game offers visually impressive fights and detailed character models alongside a substantial single-player campaign and an enjoyable trashy story. The super moves are superbly exaggerated. Only the controls and the very meager multiplayer are minor weaknesses of this beat ‘em up.
