The gameplay itself is enjoyable because of its simplicity, not despite it.

I'd even go out on a limb that it's probably one of the best movie to game renditions I've ever played (although that's not saying a whole lot), and it would be perfect for the youngsters.

This is certainly not the best anthology ever released, but the game can hold its own when standing next to some of the other very mediocre compilations out there.

If you've already got MLB 06, it's difficult to justify the upgrade unless this mode particularly interests you, but for those new to the series then MLB 07 is worth the purchase for any fan of the sport.

StT is as weak as licensed kiddie games get. It's a boring, shallow experience that features none of the whimsy and hilarity of the films.

What you get here is a pretty-good looking game with shoddy gameplay.

When it comes to first-person wartime simulators, it doesn't get much better than ArmA, but considering the lack of games with this level of realism, that's not saying a whole lot.

In general, the game lacks a sense of autonomy, forcing you to do everything yourself. For certain things, that can be understandable, but for elements like being attacked in battle, you would really hope the characters would be able to shoot back sometimes.

However, it hasn’t been patched yet, six months after its release, so it’s unlikely it ever will be. Sadly, this game is thus doomed to end up in the bargain bin.

The big problem with this game is the loading times. Because of them, most people will pay no attention to the storyline as they will be preoccupied with just hammering the X button in order to get through the next loading screen.

Sure there are better pool games out there and sure this won't beat a free subscription to the Victoria Secret's catalog (it's amazing what the those bras can do isn't it?) but as a budget title you can do a lot worse if you enjoy moving a load of balls around or peeping the ladies.

The game is simply unadulterated fun. Through its fantastic storytelling, charming visuals, catchy music, and brilliant melding of classic conventions with new ideas, Super Paper Mario is a game that plays like a dream.

If you've already got the PS2 edition, then it's difficult to justify the upgrade to the 360 release, as there just isn't enough new content and the new controller isn't particularly worth the asking price. Yet, if you're new to the franchise, what are you waiting for? Rock on!

The Wii controls do add a significant amount to the experience, but not enough to justify a 200% increase for the going rate for the game.

The PS3 version is also the best way to experience the game since it features more golems to collect and a few extra seconds of cutscenes.

With new weapons, enemies, spells, environments, quests, and a story that makes the Knights of the Nine seem like child's play, the Shivering Isles really delivers on the promise of a great expansion pack.

Poor interface and bad pacing. The story isn't terribly great either.

As great as "Morrowind" was (and it was difficult at the time to imagine better), Oblivion is a game that does everything ten times better. It also makes playing any other game out there seem trivial. Oblivion is not just a game, it's an experience.

When I played the game in front of a few friends, they were constantly screaming at me that I was getting surrounded by ants and yelling "constructive" advice in my direction. Any game that can elicit that sort of reaction from an inactive audience must be doing something right.

Overall, the game is a great mobster game that everyone has to try if they liked The Godfather movies.

Though the running and jumping portion of the game is pretty decent, the fighting is monotonous and repetitive, and is just plain dull.

A proper historical simulator is a great idea, but as it stands I would much rather play Risk then ever look at this one again.
