A fast, fun, deep, and graphically impressive game and it’s been well worth the two year wait since Sega released the original.- Gaming Age

The single most irritating aspect of RAW's CAW option, however, is the complete absence of the ability to use ripped songs on the hard drive as part of the wrestler entrance.- Gaming Age

Does High Heat still stand as the best playing baseball game around? A resounding, YES, would be my answer!- Gaming Age

The cheap deaths and coin save feature make the solid gameplay tough to enjoy. But the package is attractive enough to fight through.- Gaming Age

Star Wars Racer Revenge took an excellent control scheme and a promising career mode and sucked all the life out of it.- Gaming Age

Sonic Team tried to include something for everyone in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, but in the end all that variety ends up altering what made Sonic games so special to begin with.- Gaming Age

It badly needed some revamping, and that's exactly what has been successfully done here, without losing the magic that made Blitz what it was...it's the best extreme football game available today.- Gaming Age

It's like the videogame version of a really bad (read: good) B-movie.- Gaming Age

An amazing game, until the point where the initial impact of the pretty visuals wears off. What's left is a very average playing mission based driving title with not much in the line of long term replayability.- Gaming Age

Grandia II still stands out as a fantastic RPG...[though] the graphics took a punch in the teeth in the translation.- Gaming Age

If you like a good story, mixed in with breathtaking visuals, magnificent audio, and extraordinary game play you’d be a fool to miss out on this sleeper hit of the year.- Gaming Age

The title uses several techniques to enhance gameplay, and for the most part, pulls it off with flying blood splats.- Gaming Age

A great sim. Players can create and manage easily and it has enough slapstick comedy to keep you entertained.- Gaming Age

Even with this new attacking system, the game still falls into the monotonous, repetitive game play that has affected the genre for years. Nightcaster isn’t what you’d call clumsy in terms of game play, just not as precise as you would like.- Gaming Age

More than starting out on the right foot, I think NBA Inside Drive runs away with rookie of the year and is among the top console basketball games available.- Gaming Age

Gameplay in a word, is phenomenal. You may ask, how is it different from other FPS? The answer I come up with is that it gives the player a sense of reality, but not to a point where it gets ridiculously tedious (see: "Operation Flashpoint").- Gaming Age

There is no sense of speed. The skiers run down the slopes at a snails pace, and one can hardly tell the difference between 10 mph and 55 mph.- Gaming Age

Unfortunately the controls take a turn for the worse when an enemy's missile, rocket, or whatever hits you. For some reason, no matter how heavy or light your boat may be, no matter how heavily equipped it may be with weaponry and armor, your boat will unrealistically catapult into the air.- Gaming Age

Great thing number two...is the ability to switch your characters in and out of battle at will. This is a tremendous step forward for the series as it fills in holes that we gamers had to come up with workarounds for previously.- Gaming Age

Kudos to Midway for taking a risk and translating a more mature RPG in such excellent form, and a small, quiet "boo" to Sacnoth for providing great material for translation and little in the way of engaging gameplay.- Gaming Age
