It is also extremely demanding on your PC, and will downright frustrate a laptop user for the constant processor usage and potential heat issues. Otherwise, it is a lush game with extras (look at the Fun Area-- made mostly for kids) that keep it fresh.

This game sparkles because of the Offensive Cover System and animations, otherwise it is a straightforward shooter that sets up with some pretty simple and standard missions.

Perfect Dark isn’t a huge overhaul like other remakes on XBLA, but is still a solid and engaging title. FPS fans who missed out on the original would do well to check out this groundbreaking title, and hardcore fans should experience the game with the technical improvements.

It is tailored to you - based on your input and actual play. Of course you can play above your actual ranking if you wish, but if you let it operate honestly, it will keep you at a comfortable level with subtle, incremental challenge as you progress. It really, really thinks.

Fun, but lacks the intensity of the first game. The intensity was lessened with the sequel, perhaps due to the fact that it was a sequel and I had already experienced that kind of horror once. Silent Hill 3 uses the same scare tactics as the first two games, so unless you're a newcomer, you probably won't be too horrified.

While it’s impossible to display all of the innovative features of the console version, Splinter Cell for the GBA is still able to capture all the intensity and thrilling action.

Diving into the Japanese criminal underground in Yakuza makes for an interesting, violent and stylish adventure that blends fighting and exploring a living world a complete joy.

Whether your interest is massive or mild, I highly recommend giving Shatter a try. It reminds us what we love most about the genre, and maintains excitement rather than prolonging itself to uncomfortable limits.

Contact has an easy to grasp control scheme, making it simple for anyone to pick up and play. However, the game is still incredibly deep, with tons of customization options for your journey.

2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa is the game that EA Sports should have been turning out, and it is the foundation upon which all future iterations of the franchise should be built.

This chapter is the best so far of Episode Two. It does a great job of bridging the gap between the first several episodes, and the subsequent second half. The setup is wonderful.

While the PC version sports weaker textures and graphics than the console versions (as well as some gamepad issues), Wakeboarding Unleashed still is a pretty good translation of a great extreme sports game.

The gameplay isn’t perfect, as the bits of story elements aren’t terribly well-developed and the bot AI in the single player campaign is spotty, but the game still does a fine job of being a compelling and frantic online shooter.

If you’re buying the game for its single player campaign, you’re making a big mistake. Battlefront falls apart when it comes to the single player game but doesn’t fail in bringing the online multiplayer action we’ve been dying for ever LucasArts started designing Star Wars games.

Need for Speed ProStreet grasped a hold of me and has yet to let go. The game is engaging, competitive, and challenging. Each car is suitable for the game, and every time I unlock a new one, I feel a desperate need to test it out.

F.E.A.R. 2 is a great game that offers an intense single-player experience and a solid multiplayer experience. While the single-player mode might be somewhat linear and maybe a little too short the overall experience is still top notch.
