The biggest thing that make this game get such a low score is non-responsive controls and framerate issues will make you want to slam your precious PlayStation Portable against a brick wall.- GameZone

I find it very funny that the name of this game is entitled Beat Down, because this is exactly what the game is, it is a beat down to even attempt to play this game. Needless to say avoid this game like the plague.- GameZone

The only enjoyment I got out of this game was seeing some sprites from classic games after completing a mission. The rest was just boring, if not annoying or frustrating.- GameZone

It offers none of the qualities of a Disney game, and will disappointingly give the player - young or old - nothing but grief.- GameZone

Aren’t cats supposed to be…graceful? Pulling off moves with “feline agility” just doesn’t look or feel right.- GameZone

Escape From Bug Island could very easily be a long-lost Dreamcast title, with hastily-added motion controls. Were that the case, I think I’d rather it had stayed lost; I can’t even imagine anyone enjoying this.- GameZone

Just goes to show why movie-to-game conversions have the reputation they do. Monsieur Besson's work deserves better.- GameZone

Anyone with half-an-ounce of skill will be able to plow through the opposition with ease, and the game is packed with useless filler as it is. Clash of the Titans isn't broken, nor completely incompetent, but it sure is boring.- GameZone

Crime Lab isn't the worst DS game we've seen, as the mini-games do manage to keep it from being a cold case. That said, the weak writing and otherwise plodding gameplay make it a mystery not worth tackling.- GameZone

There are just too many flaws within the good ideas they had. There isn’t enough lasting appeal, or any real excitement, to recommend this one to anybody.- GameZone

Pool Party, though, with its obfuscated control scheme, obscuring camera angles, and generally unfriendly interface, leaves a lot to be desired.- GameZone

Simple to pick up and play and it offers plenty of action, yet the chaotic gameplay and wildly cluttered tracks can sap the fun out of things as quickly as they create it.- GameZone

If you aren’t playing Dead to Rights: Retribution for its silly good old-fashioned crime story arc, you are playing it for the wrong reasons. It may be a farce, but Dead to Rights: Retribution is the equivalent of a straight-to-DVD Dolph Lundgren or Jean-Claude Van Damme film.- GameZone

The dancing controls are lousy, the visuals are too lame for their own good and the lack of options (or anything resembling information regarding Jackson's legacy) are disappointing. Stick with a Greatest Hits album instead and tell this game to "beat it."- GameZone

Nintendo may have had the best intentions with Wii Music. Their aim to create software anyone can pick up and play is shared by most publishers within the game industry. But there are limits to how simple a game can be before it stops being fun.- GameZone

Poorly conceived and quite dull in nearly every way, Golden Axe: Beast Rider is one of those missed opportunities that could have brought the series to a new generation of gamers. Instead it takes a linear route that makes this a game even Golden Axe fans will certainly want to avoid.- GameZone
