It’s fun to play for a while, though it grows old quickly, and the only real urge to keep playing is to unlock historical Playboy covers and centerfolds.

At worst this game still remains a somewhat enjoyable experience thanks to the deep customizability of creating rooms.

A typical RTS with some atypical races. It would be a nice introduction to the newcomer to the genre, and veterans of this mode or warfare will find it challenging.

This game will only suit hardcore fans of the J.R.R. Tolkien series.

Back on track, Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce is a huge improvement over what the past installments have offered.

The game does require that you can read well, the pop up boxes tell you what to do and not to do. It would be helpful for younger players if these instructions were given verbally.

With not much to offer in terms of modes or challenges that will keep you interested enough to see this one through the end, I could only recommend this one as a weekend rental.

An innovative premise hides a conventional, but fairly streamlined set of gameplay modes that should keep young audiences occupied for hours. A bit more variety in the gameplay could really improve the experience for a sequel.

When looking at this game, players will see a decent movie stuff with a sub-par game. The movie in this compilation really outshines this game.

The final product is one that will appeal to more impressionable children, but probably frustrate the more determined ones.

This game is beyond easy to where anyone with any gaming knowledge will be able to beat it in no time with very little challenge.

Coded Arms's clunky controls that are anything but inviting. I had no desire to return to this game after playing it for a measly 60 minutes. None!

Step & Roll is a “step” in the right direction since the game is embracing the other peripherals available for the Wii. There are plenty of gamers that have the Balance Board sitting around collecting dust and now Monkey Ball is an excuse to get it out. However, just take a deep breath and remember that the sensitivity and accuracy might be too much at times.

Even though TMNT was a huge disappointment for me I could see this being a good game for kids, but for more experienced gamers it’s just too boring and uneventful.

This series has great potential, but it is ruined by the developers by not making it deeper. On the other hand, if you love to button mash, this is the game for you!

It unfortunately just felt too repetitive. The combat (both as an army and with Robin as an individual) is very basic and simplistic, and doesn’t offer much to really work with.

Last Raven is your last chance to experience the world of Armored Core on the PS2. Even if the MSRP weren't $29.99, you'd have a ridiculously hard time trying to find a more complete mobile suit package. The gameplay (battles), pre-gameplay (customization), flashy graphics, and adrenaline-filled soundtrack are some of the best this series has had to offer.

A disappointing game from start to finish. Garfield would never work this hard for anything, not even lasagna.

Most gamers, however, will be turned off by its overly easy objectives, most of which involve the same few actions. Camera confusion ensures disappointment by all but the most forgiving players.

The gameplay borrows heavily from the Zelda games and it works to great effect here. The controls are simple and easily mastered, never getting in the way of the gamer’s enjoyment of the game.

Monster House draws inspiration from the myriad array of Mature rated survival horror games all while keeping it rated E10+. It’s a fun, scary romp that’s perfect for fans of the movie and tykes that like goosebumps.

The controls for this game are really well done. What is not so well done is the enemy AI, seeing the crashing scenes a billion times, and not even getting to properly customize the cars yourself.

As an overall package, kids won’t be blown away but they will be entertained by the catchy music (even though every song is a cover), they’ll appreciate the gameplay variety (the frontman mechanics are weird but different), and enjoy the stylized visuals, which are quite inventive for Wii, a console that is usually slapped with dated graphics.

The amount of variety is good, with lots of powerups, goodies in the gear shop, and all sorts of different gaming modes for single or multi-player. But the tracks are schizophrenic, and uneven in design. Some are frustrating, and some are too easy.

Explorers of Darkness doesn't provide the intense challenge or genuine sense of accomplishment that some of the other Mystery Dungeon titles are known for, and adult players might find the whole thing a little cutesy.
