Worth a look for nostalgics. But even connoisseurs of the original will quickly lose the desire to play due to the dusty game mechanics.

A good PC remaster for those who do not like mods. Dark Souls remains awesome, but don't expect a leap like comparable to the CoD remaster.

The purchase is basically only worthwhile if you have not played the predecessor yet...This lack of innovation is all the more disappointing for me because the developers of Undead Labs had originally planned their game as a zombie MMO, where we were to fight with hundreds of players on a map together for survival. And now, instead, they deliver a mediocre co-op mode.
