Panda Love bears little worth. It’s hard to justify paying the small fee for it on Wii U seeing as how you can play it for free online.

It’s not perfect, it may be frustrating at times, but Stories of Bethem manages to capture the essence of games of the 90s: when having fun was the only thing that mattered.

It’s an interesting mix between butt-kicking horde fighting and resource-managing tower defence that challenges you to find the right mixture between the two.

Action News Heroes is a mediocre shooter that is brought down even further by its annoying music, frustrating rating system, and lack of replayability.

Armikrog on the Xbox One isn’t as good an experience as it was on the PC, which still wasn’t perfect by any means. Its puzzles aren’t particularly strong, the control scheme is problematic, and it has the odd technical issue, but yet for fans of the genre it’s still worth a playthrough if only for the beautiful audio and visuals and likeable characters.

When a game has such a unique premise in terms of its gameplay, I find it disappointing to see it limited by the same traditional modes as in the average fighting game.

It is unfortunate that the game is a rehash of almost every popular indie game from 2012 onwards, because it starts off fairly well.

Often contrasting a white background with bright block objects, there could not have been a better mix for a game all about avoiding things.

The vehicles radically change the gameplay but are in keeping with the outrageous power and unpredictability of Worms combat.

Do My Best Games’ first foray into game development is a fantastic one. They really have “done their best” and created something wholly unique, tense and with more going on than first meets the eye.

Momentum requires pixel perfect movement and precision to the point of insanity. The only option for progress is through trial and error. Over and over and over.

Clear and concise art style, atmospheric audio, well-designed puzzles and replayability are what Hue offers for a very modest price.

The puzzles in The Turing Test are all impressive and smartly designed. Some offer relatively simple solutions while others truly test your mental mettle.

The Huntsman: Winter’s Curse works as a fun side trip into the Disney Universe of the same name; a little detour headed by a worthy cast. As an RPG? It unfortunately struggles to hit its mark way too often.

However, as a final product, Alone With You is still very-much worth investing in due to the fantastic story it tells and the game’s palpable world. It’s just a shame however, that these features of the game weren’t simply left alone.

Ultimately I recommend Lion Quest as a sale title. Although I don’t see myself returning to it to find hidden keys, gems, or to grind out high scores in the arcade mode, I most definitely will keep it installed as a relaxation tool.

It’s a real shame that Assetto Corsa is stuck with uninspiring modes and presentation issues as the actual act of driving is engrossing and rewarding.

It’s a short experience end to end which sprouted from a solid idea, but whose ambition far exceeded the capabilities of the developers. Maybe consider it if it’s extremely heavily on sale, but for it’s current price point you’d be much better served buying a good book.
