Overall, Super Robot Wars 30 is a good addition to the series for fans of the previous titles. While it may not be the type of game I would play that doesn’t stop me from appreciating the hard work that has been put into it. From the graphics to the audio and the story, it plays like an anime story that you play through.

If, like me, you missed out in 2011 when LA Noire first launched, I highly recommend trying it now on Switch (or on PC, PS4, and XB1 where it was recently released. The Switch version feels right at home and has me clamoring that somehow Rockstar will bring more of its catalog to the console.

Despite its shortcomings, Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus is a great playthrough.

It's a great game for Final Fantasy fans, and fans of JRPGs, though unlike Pokemon Let's Go, it's not going to be super easy for younger kids to get the most out of a complex battle and leveling system.

Frostpunk – The Last Autumn is the new expansion for the amazing city building survival game Frostpunk that was originally released in 2018. In this DLC you race against the oncoming apocalypse to build a generator necessary to support the survivors from London should the worst come to pass. If you enjoyed the original game or are not turned off by a somewhat dark narrative, then you will be happy to know 11 Bit Studios has done a great job with this expansion.

Overall I was thoroughly impressed with my time spent in The Division 2 Warlords of New York. The story delivers and gave me some of the closure I needed from the first Division, but showed me there’s still more to the story. The item changes are great and make everything just that little bit easier. I still have issues with some mechanics, especially bullet sponge bosses. I’m also concerned with Season passes and whether they will be worth the price of admission.

The graphics are similar to games from that time period and the backgrounds, the bots, the players all look and feel really good.

Golf Story is like Stardew Valley and Caddyshack had a baby. And that baby is the best baby, you guys. It’s out now on the Switch eshop, and there’s no wonder it’s currently sitting atop the best sellers. One can only hope we get a Badminton Story, a Croquet Story, and perhaps a Water Polo Story next. Let’s keep this thing going.

I thoroughly enjoy the game for what it is. But no one can deny it’s an unfinished game. I feel it was a bit rushed to get to the starting line, and it paid the price for it.

Overall, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a homerun for the Star Wars gaming community. With a couple of exceptions I spoke about in my review this is a solid game.

I enjoyed every moment of Lost Ember, and when I stopped playing, I just wanted to get back in the game and wander around more and find more of the memories. The way the wolf and ember’s stories interweave is also touching and drew me into the world. It’s only about 6 hours long, depending on how much time is spent exploring, but it’s a great focused adventure game.

Overall A Way Out is a fun game which tells an interesting story, I just wish some of the story had been implemented a bit better. Nonetheless, this game is perfect for anyone looking for a new and entertaining game they can play with a friend.

It’s familiar, we know it, and experiencing it in VR immediately shows what this tech is capable of. It’s what gamers have been asking for: a real, full-fledged game, not an experience. There are rough edges and things Bethesda needs to fix, but it’s an achievement nonetheless.

Overall Flashpoint adds a good amount of content to the base game. Flashpoints can be played if you’ve already beat the game or as a part of the game experience as you level. At $20 USD it offers new missions, new short stories, arguably one of the best melee mechs ever and a lush tropical biome to play around in. If you enjoyed the base game, you’ll love Flashpoint

DARQ Complete Edition for the Nintendo Switch is a joy to play if you like creative, physics-based puzzlers with a touch of platforming. The "wow factor" from this one is an exhilarating reactive emotion for many of these unique, dimension bending solutions. If you like low-key puzzle games, with a dark Tim Burton presentation-quality, all at an affordable price then place this on your "must buy" list!

Windjammers 2 is the jeep full of beach-bound hardbodies to my chubby, brooding, long-sleeved wallflower. Its mechanics, while taught in the most obtuse and uninteractive way possible, are more robust than they initially appear. It doesn't last, but it's fun while it does.

Those willing to tolerate a dull beginning and archaic exploration for the sake of a stunning ending and deep (if imperfect) lore will have a blast in Arknights: Endfield. This is a game for fans of the Arknights universe and for those who seek narrative in gacha games, not just action. But those short on time, who aren't ready to spend time with a map on their phone and who want an engaging, advanced combat might not find what they seek. This is a game of contrasts: in some places it's brilliant, in others it falls into the abyss, but it has colossal potential. It’s worth waiting to see where it goes in the future.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor shows that Star Wars games are far from dead. Somehow, Electronic Arts has released one of the deepest AAA single-player action games in years. Judging by the quality of the second part, the next game in the series has every chance of becoming the best game in the history of a galaxy far, far away.

The Surge 2 feels more like a heavy update for the original game with minor gameplay changes, new world and settings, and well-designed bosses. It still delivers an enjoyable hardcore experience, thanks to the balanced and smoothly working combat system, but you need to get along with a superficial story and dated graphics.

Adventure Pals is a great platformer for all ages. From the great, wacky story and visuals to the tight controls and smart progression systems, It has something for the whole family. Make no mistakes this is a family game that really is fun to play together. With it coming to all platforms April 3 there really is little reason not to pick up this side scrolling, platforming gem.

Arcade Spirits is well worth the price of admission for those seeking something a bit different but made with love to give the player a story to remember. It has a great soundtrack that matches the style of the neon glitz of the arcade and might just give you the feels.

Battle Chasers is a great game and great RPG. I love the rich characters and their background. The art style makes this whole experience beautiful. The story, while I have not completed it yet, has captured me and I can’t wait to see where it goes. I think anyone who enjoys RPGs will enjoy Battle Chasers.

Wytchwood is a dark fantasy indie adventure game that immerses you into a phantasmagorical land with endless troubles thanks to the villainous animal antagonists that inhabit it. Luckily, or not so luckily, you play an old witch who has made a pact with an ancient, black goat that's fond of eating grimoire pages and expects you to do something about the fairytale world's woes. What ensues is hours of hilariously creative dialogue and story, framed by colorful characters, relaxing music, and an enjoyable crafting system. There are always more spells to cast and mushrooms to pick for those that know where to look. Wytchwood is one of those rare gems that supports its rich story with a very successful crafting and gathering system that rewards creative and conniving crones. Collect all the souls and maybe, just maybe, you can enjoy that nap in your rocking chair without fairytale creatures knocking down your door for help. Who are we kidding? There's always another villain.

Castlestorm is a light-hearted, fairly in-depth Tower defense game that offers some unique mechanics, quirky story, and fairly solid controls. It is hampered a bit by the Switch analog sticks and repetitiveness due to the nature of the genre, however overall it's a fun title.
