Quite possibly is the best N64 game ever. Forget "Golden Eye," "Perfect Dark," and "Zelda"...they don't even compare to Conker's.- GameShark

Everything looks rather dated, characters have terribly jointed bodies, the graphics seem washed out, and the animation is pretty stiff in spots.- GameShark

What makes the game so visually stunning is the multitude of graphical styles.- GameShark

Nothing was done to improve upon the game, and those that want 3D adventure will find much better courts in "Banjo-Tooie" and other games.- GameShark

Not a title for all, but those who can appreciate the freedom of building and riding something that they have designed should find countless hours of fun.- GameShark

How did I enjoy "OOT," but not MM? Simple, I knew that "Ocarina Of Time" was based almost entirely around the ocarina and the shifting of time, Majora's Mask simply took the 1st idea and exploited the necessity of travel, thus leaving Majora's Mask nothing more than a rehash of the first.- GameShark

Beyond the visual feast and a plethora of features and options, Perfect Dark is a soup of gameplay genius beefy enough to eat with a fork!- GameShark

The control isn't the easiest to get the hang of, there were times I thought about snapping that little analog stick right off the controller!- GameShark

This is one of the first N64 racers where you can actually see down the road a bit. No turns or mountains pop up from nonexistence to halt your speed. The framerate is very smooth and consistent throughout the courses, regardless of how much is going on in the race. Now that's something!- GameShark

While it's still not as good or creative as the original Super Mario 64, if there's one true claim to fame it can make, it's that you'll get your moneys worth if you really do try and complete the game 100%.- GameShark

Even though it has cheesy voiceovers and story, it can still send chills down your spine. I'd definitely recommend this game to anyone who likes the other Resident Evil games or anyone who's looking for a fun, exciting game.- GameShark

Players who have been dazzled by such visually stunning games as "FFVIII," "Legend of Legaia," and "Parasite Eve" will want to look elsewhere for that kind of entertainment. [FFV review]- GameShark

Possibly the best sports title for N64, and one of the best golf games to date. Most gamers and many non-gamers will find much to enjoy in this game if it is given a chance.- GameShark

Despite the deep game play, the game life suffers a bit due to the fact that it's a rail-shooter. The tracks are always the same, and your course is always the same. More tracks than the 7 provided would have added some game play length.- GameShark

Another thing that I found annoying was the fog effect. I do not know if it is hiding pop-up or setting the mood of the story (which it does an excellent job for since you cannot see 10 feet down the street). I just found it very annoying.- GameShark

The one frustrating aspect of the title. The difficulty level. It starts out really easy and progresses to insanely difficult.- GameShark

The sound on this game is rad, it has that THX thing going on, too bad the music itself is cheesy (there is just something about symphony music that makes me itch).- GameShark

Every aspect of the game is virtually flawless, from its movie inspired soundtrack, to the incredibly life-like FMV, to the detailed battle and Materia systems, to the boatload of simplistic and addictive mini-games. This is what RPG fans have been waiting for.- GameShark
