I am a bit disappointed that I couldn't develop many of the wonderful characters in this game to the level that I could with Spider-Man.

DDR Hottest Party is the quintessential game in the series. . It gives you quite a workout, and the new features are truly new and make it worth a purchase. Don’t miss this one.

Unfortunately even at 40 bucks, the price is about 30 too much and the game can’t be relied upon to provide anything other than brief moments of cool sandwiched between hours and hours of frustrating mediocrity. Dragon Blade isn’t budget—it’s low rent.

Overall, it seems as though the PS2 is on its last legs and this is one last way for Konami to cash in.

Dewy’s Adventure is too simple for experienced gamers, placing far more emphasis on its “hey, neato!” motion sensitive controls than on actual gameplay.

Soul Nomad is an awesome game if you get it. Fans looking for an experience similar to Disgaea may be turned off by its simplicity, but for this game has a lot going for it. The focus on strategy is refreshing, the voice acting is superb and the characters are compelling.

When it comes down to it, Opposing Fronts delivers much of what the original did just remixed. The pair of lengthy single player campaigns and full multiplayer options makes it as valuable as the first game. Slight balance issues comes with the addition of the British and Panzer Elite factions, although it comes with the benefit of having access to two inventive new strategic styles.

The game comes so close to hitting its mark, but its unforgiving difficulty simply can't be ignored.

World in Conflict is a game very much worth purchasing. You don’t even need to be a Ground Control buff to truly enjoy it, as the helpful tutorials and gradual difficulty curve will help ramp you right into the campaign, just in time to get deep into the thick of things in the versatile multiplayer engine. This one is a certified winner.

A must buy for any fan of the series to hold them over until Dynasty Warriors 6 comes out. For those who hate the series, you really won't find anything new to sway you to the dark side, and should probably avoid altogether.

7 Wonders has an interesting premise, and the tidbits you learn about the seven different wonders are fun to read, however interesting premises and random factoids don’t add up to a great game if the gameplay isn’t there.

The controls are the big draw here, but they are also the biggest hindrance. Given a good amount of time with the game you will get the controls down, but it is hard to guess how long it will take to master. This is not a casual gamer’s game.

For all its flaws, Heavenly Sword is still somewhat satisfying. Perhaps its short length (just ten hours or so) keeps the button-mashing from becoming overwhelmingly repetitious. Perhaps Nariko’s sexily smoky voice and gorgeous hair is just distracting enough to take your mind off the annoying camera?

It’s gorgeous, fun, and is easily one of the very best racing games available for the console.

Older players may find that the generic platforming isn’t enough to hold their interest past the drawing and coloring, but younger players who weren’t raised on Mario will find plenty to love.

It’s still an arcade game, no question about it; this is not a pure simulation of the sport, because of the over the top hitting and offensive AI, but as arcade hockey games go, this one’s a winner.

The action-centric gameplay is as intense, over the top, and engaging as any John Woo work should be, and combined with the visuals of the Unreal 3 engine the game is essentially a next-gen Max Payne.

The first five levels of the six that make up the single player campaign are some of the best that the genre has seen thus far with gameplay that not only fully embraces the open map and vertical gameplay mechanics but also stay at an aggressive yet not overbearing difficulty level.

The game certainly has its moments and is by no means a lost cause, but in the end the game is only strongly recommended for World War II shooter completists and long standing fans of the Medal of Honor series.
