Lack of innovative new features or truly ‘next-gen’ visuals makes this a decidedly average game on the PS3.

It's hard to get sucked into a game when playing it on a three inch screen and even more difficult to be scared of a monster that's no bigger than your thumb. Obscure: The Aftermath doesn't do much to turn the tide in this regard, and if a survival borror game doesn’t give you chills, then what’s the point?

Naruto Shippuden: Shinobi Rumble is an enjoyable brawler backed by a capable and customizable combat system, but it is also the victim of contradictory game design.

The best way to sum up Legacy is nothing more than “unfinished”.

The racing gameplay at its core is fantastic and entertaining. People unfamiliar with NASCAR will find that the assists let them get behind the wheel easily, but both novices and veterans alike will find a lot of fault with just how uneven and broken the bugs can make the proceedings. Ultimately, while there is a good game in there, it comes complete with so much baggage that it's impossible to fully recommend.

It’s a shame that Boogie’s gameplay falls so flat because there’s a tremendous amount of potential here.

At least the game is humorous, with Izuna written as a died in the wool slacker.

If you were hoping to get some historical insight into a company that has been around 50 years and in the latter half of its existence adapted very successfully to the new video game medium, forget it.

The original Conduit was one of my favorite games on the Wii but this one is takes too many steps in the wrong direction.

The gameplay isn't necessarily flashy but it can be a lot of fun if you are attracted to mindless and seemingly endless combat.

Once you're finished, something that should only take about five hours, you can unlock the super hard Ragnorak mode, and maybe then your thirst for challenge will be sated, but at that point, why bother? There may be more moves to unlock and different costumes to flit about in, but by then you've seen all there is to see and honestly, hitting a giant with a hammer is only so interesting, regardless of how many different ways you can swing it.

With the exception of the car sequences and the stand out voice acting, Blood Stone is an average game with average gameplay and a rather short single player campaign. The game can be completed in about five hours and while it does have its interesting moments and explosive set pieces, they are few and far between and it leaves fans of 007 without much to be excited about.

But I think watching the original anime is much more entertaining. So to those who haven’t seen it and to those who have, stick with the show.

It's lovely to look at, the collectible musicians are relatively enjoyable to listen to, and it generally plays well enough (barring the aforementioned puzzle hiccups). The problem is that the sum of the game is never greater than its parts, and it starts to feel old pretty quickly and never induces the relaxation you expect from such a game.

Activision is publishing an Aerosmith-focused game with a mere 31 tour tracks, a significant fraction of which have nothing to do with Aerosmith, and they’re charging people full price for the privilege.

Undead Knights is a game that starts off very well but quickly degrades into a monotonous experience that is made more difficult than it needs to be due to a shoddy camera.

Being able to store weapons in the new Bank is also nice and with the ability to purchase extra storage slots you'll run out of good weapons before you run out of places to stick them. Still though, the sheer time sink involved to best every bit of the Underdome isn't balanced out by the rewards for doing so.

Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions takes a truly interesting concept, with great characters, good action, a wide variety of attacks, combos, upgrades, unlockable costumes and wraps it all together in the most tedious way possible.

But the frustration that the average player will feel with the level design, and the lack of a map to help him navigate those levels, is going to truly test his ability to resist the temptation to throw his shiny new toy.

While Marvel Trading is a good implementation of the Vs. System that will make fans of that franchise very happy, the game doesn't do a good job of facilitating new players by making things easy. On the other hand, perhaps it is enough to give core fans what they want, albeit with no frills.

Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood isn't a bad game, it's just a disappointing one. If you're a diehard Sonic fan, it's probably the best outing containing your favorite blue hedgehog in years, regardless of how low a benchmark that may be.

My vote for funkiest feature included in a collectors edition has to go to the 3D paper figure included with Lineage II. It stands at just about 22 inches tall, includes 32 sheets of paper and 128 pieces. [DVD Review]

Scribblenauts succeeds in being an incredibly creative game. It just isn’t enjoyable after the effect of its initial charm wears off.
