While it's certainly a pretty game, there's just nothing special to it. Throughout forty boring levels all you will get is wild button mashing which results not only in Ayumi’s death most of the time but probably that of some of your brain cells as well.

Gobliiins 4 is a nice puzzle adventure that can't catch up to its predecessors because of a weak story and lack of humor, but can entertain for a few hours.

Creepy & Cute doesn’t change Spore’s gameplay in any way, but it enables us to build oh so delightfully creepy creatures. You just can’t go wrong with adding more claws and fangs. [Issue#17]

CSI: NY - The Game unfolds most fun while it`s still packed. Interaction with the gaming world does not exist apart from collecting various items, interviewing suspects and playing boring mini games, so that even fans of CSI: New York will probably not feel motivated to finish all the episodes.

Fans of Military - and Combat - Strategy will not find too much joy in this title, but anybody who feels like trying something new and does not demand perfection might want to give AGoT:G a try.

Vicious Cycle had a great idea. Sadly it remained an attempt. Thanks to Dave Ellis the story is really funny but technique and game design truly come from retro time.

Darkest of Days is a below average first person shooter that tries to capture the player with a "Timecop"-like story, but the monotonous game fails to capture the players interest.

What awaits you is a Duke that would have rocked the genre nine years ago but for today's standards this is just mediocre.

The well-known legend of Pandora’s Box demands much more than what Developer Spark created here. Also, it just doesn’t seem right that Deckard is capable of force pushing and draining life-energy, but utterly fails at simple jumping. [Issue#17]

A movie tie-in of absolutely subpar quality. The gameplay is more chore than fun. Also, there's no Christian Bale in it. Don't buy it: Rent it, if you really have to.

On one side there are the beautiful graphics and enthralling music and on the other the unbridled hectic. No time to stop and smell the roses, due to economy, politics and family planning being very hard to cover all at once. As an add-on The Guild 2: Venice is somewhat lacking but for newcomers it’s still very recommendable. [Issue # 16]

Unfortunately the wasteland-look gets boring really fast and all the Units look pretty much the same. If you don't need something like a singleplayer but large multiplayer-sessions are your thing, APOX might be just right for you.

The same procedure as every year – Pro Cycling Manager 2008 offers identical features to last year including only some small changes. Tough managing your own cycling team and win the Tour de France might be fun at first, this changes after having played through one season.

MLB Front Office Manager is a management simulation set in the tough world of professional Baseball. Although it might appear complicated and challenging at first, (which will undoubtedly frustrate "Baseball-Newbies") hardcore gamers might still be disappointed in the long run - especially by the awful graphics.

I despair! I despair before the vast amount of things that are simply wrong with this game: Graphics which range from prehistoric to reasonably acceptable, a continuously horrible soundtrack and features that just won’t work properly. For my sanity’s sake, give me a proper movie game, just once!

Ghost Warrior is a bit like a basically excellent rough diamond, that no one wanted to polish any further. It's got good ideas and stunning visuals, but nowadays, that alone just isn't enough to be able to keep up with the competition.

Damnation fails at pretty much everything it attempts to do. The story has never heard of coherence, climbing shouldn't be attempted if the gamer wishes to retain his sanity, bullets might as well be thrown with Rourke's bare hands and visually, Damnation could've been entirely in grey and nobody would notice the difference.

Although some time has passed since the publication of the initial version of the game (German version of Making History II is version 1.18), the technical flaws are still numerous. Anyone who is interested in historical turn-based strategy should remain with Hearts of Iron. Making History II might be interesting in a year as a budget version.
