The developers made sure to keep the overall fighting experience as the main focus and it moves at around 60fps most of the time. So long as you have a good controller or can use the joycons with fighting games really well, this is a decent version to play. Of course, the main highlight of the Switch version is the fact that it is portable, so you can play it on the go unlike any other console version. The online portion of the game is hard to review – since you’re playing on Switch, which is wi-fi focused, it’s hard to say whether the slowdown is from the connection or the actual netcode. I do get some matches that play pretty smoothly and some that have tons of slowdown, so it’s very up and down when it comes to online.- Gamers' Temple

Lara has a nice range of moves, but the game is pretty linear and straight-forward. What you have in the end is a nice looking but fairly standard game that will have the most appeal to Lara Croft and action-adventure fans.- Gamers' Temple

The ZEN Classics pack gives you one great table, one throwaway, and a pair of enjoyable if average tables. While none of the tables is as feature rich as the latest offerings for Pinball FX 2, this pack does provide some additional variety for your pinball diversions.- Gamers' Temple

While Darknet is a VR game, it really doesn't need to be a VR game. There's the general VR coolness immersion factor you get from any VR game - in this case you feel like you're suspended in space while a giant network floats in front of you - but the game could easily be played as a standard, screen-based game. If you're hungry for more VR titles and that's the primary reason that you're interested in Darknet, then you should probably pass on the game. Once the initial novelty of the presentation wears-off, which won't take too long, you're left with a puzzle game. If you enjoy logic-based puzzle games, though, Darknet is certainly recommendable. It's not the kind of puzzle game that will keep you pushing to solve just one more level, but it's an enjoyable enough distraction when you're in the mood for a game in the genre.- Gamers' Temple

It's the kind of game well-suited to mobile but that serves as a quick break between more serious tasks when you're on your computer. What it does it does well enough, but it doesn't do a lot. If you're looking for an unusual and quirky time-waster, its low price and simple gameplay make Cooking Witch a good choice. If you have a short attention span or get bored easily, you'll probably get five or ten minutes out of Cooking Witch and then never play it again.- Gamers' Temple

Overall, Resistance is nearly futile. If you are a fan of the series, then you more than likely already have the season pass and will enjoy every bit of content delivered to you. Otherwise, if you are hand-picking your DLC experience then this content could probably be put on the backburner until it's more affordable.- Gamers' Temple

Prism is certainly different than other puzzle games out there, which is nice to see considering all of the cloning that goes on in the genre. However, Prism just seems to be missing that indescribable something that makes a puzzle game addicting.- Gamers' Temple

Imagine stacking F.3.A.R. up against, say, Resistance 2. Shooters both, the games are about on par with one another in terms of graphics, sound, gameplay, etc. The difference is Resistance came out in 2008. It's 2011, and forward-thinking gamers simply don't feel like yesterday's best is today's as well. I say bring on F.3.A.R. 4, but make sure we have some new ideas, better scares and an easier to type title next time around.- Gamers' Temple

The game honestly felt bad from the start, but all I had to tide me over was combat, but once I got further and started to open up more crafting options, it became very addicting. If you’re a fan of crafting or survival be sure to check this game out. As a horror game, the only true horror is pretty much in the game’s setting, but zombies are your main type of enemy and you actually get to play a zombie hybrid as well. Overall, Deadcraft is a very addicting survival and crafting action game.- Gamers' Temple

Skylanders Spyro's Adventures is a simple game with a gimmick attached, but it's a pretty good gimmick. All things taken into consideration the whole package scores a 75%, but add 15% to that if you're eight.- Gamers' Temple

The game is overall a lot of fun to play. If you’re in the mood for an asymmetrical multiplayer game that you don’t have to take too seriously, then Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed is a great choice. The game is best played as a party game with online friends or randoms. I do feel that this game might have some complications with staying relevant in the future however since there just isn’t much outside of the one mode of play and there isn’t enough extra content to unlock once you reach a certain level. In the short run however, this game is quite good. Be sure to give the game a try if you’re a Ghostbusters fan. I’m sure fans of the series will feel right at home the most!- Gamers' Temple

Overall, Exoprimal is quite a solid game even with its one mode. The amount of variety in the exosuits kept me coming back to the game often. The game has a lot of DLC, but all the exosuits can be unlocked by playing the game and leveling up each exosuit to a certain level. The game also has a good bit of free unlockables that you can get from collectible cards (basically a type of loot crate) in game. If Capcom could include a true campaign mode where you could play it solo or with a team of other players, I could see this franchise being just as good as Lost Planet 1 and 2 (mainly Lost Planet 2) in the long run. Definitely give this game a try if you like Capcom online shooters – I have a feeling you’ll like it if you’re willing to give around 5 hours for it to truly show you what it has to offer.- Gamers' Temple

Project Warlock is a flawed concoction, but its fun factor will ultimately cast a captivating spell over its players. The repetitively catchy soundtrack gets you pumped, the weapon choices are impactful, and the enemy-stage design work is utterly terrific. While it will not win over newcomers with its standoffish presentation, this project should give fans of classic DOOM and the recent Ion Fury something to dig into.- Gamers' Temple

The overall controls are your basic Dark Souls setup - strong and weak attacks, dodge, abilities and a parry. If you're a fan of Dark Souls, you're not guaranteed to like Code Vein, but you will immediately fall right into its gameplay since it's nearly the same. Code Vein focuses more on narrative through cutscenes compared to Dark Souls hidden lore among the items that you find. Code Vein is quite enjoyable if you're in the mood for a good story mixed with some decent Dark Souls gameplay. I had a lot of fun with it despite its problems.- Gamers' Temple

Project Resistance is overall a good companion online mode for the Resident Evil 3 remake rerelease, so be sure to check it out if you pick it up. Fans of Dead by Daylight should give it a try since it has a similar overall setup to that game, but it's very much its own game. At first Project Resistance doesn't seem like much, but after spending more time with it and learning how to get better at it, it actually is quite a fun game.- Gamers' Temple

If you're not a big fan of attack button heavy action games, Wolverine is not enough of a departure from the mold to change your mind about these types of games. That said, FFIV is still one of the best RPGs of all time, and if you STILL haven't played it and don't own a DS, now is your chance. Even without the graphical update, the greatness of the game shines through and is one of those that everyone should play before they die.- Gamers' Temple
