The storyline is reasonably interesting, there’s plenty of new stuff to check out, and it looks pretty good. It’s not an amazing expansion, but it's better than "Shadows of the Undrentide" in every way.

It’s not super fast-paced (which could be regarded as a positive) and the gameplay might be a little too open-ended for those who like clear and specific goals. But for anyone who is looking for a game the whole family can play together, Viva Piñata will do very nicely, indeed.

Although the single player campaign can get a bit boring, the multiplayer aspect of Future Perfect offers endless hours of mindless violence.

A great addition to the Midnight Club series. The only disappointing setback is the environmental detail and the bland cars driving in the cities. Just about everything else about MC3 provides for an amazing racing experience.

Despite its outdated control scheme, its ambiguity of being either survival game or action thriller, and the abandonment of all things scary, Resident Evil 4's true sequel is a completely satisfying experience.

The car selection is by far not as spectacular as the one in games like "Gran Turismo 3," but I can say for sure that the car feel is awesome, even with a regular controller.

Joining an overall excellent audio-visual experience with a very lengthy career mode and thrilling multiplayer, Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition is currently the best street racing game available.

Though its story lacks imagination and its one-note pacing cries out for greater variety, Killzone 3 looks fantastic and contains an incredible wealth of detail and excellent action. It plays every bit as good as it looks and a compentent multiplayer component guarantees an extended life beyond the single-player campaign. The story may disappoint you but squaring off against the Helghast is still remarkably satisfying.

Although there have been many games in this mold, Devil May Cry 3 sets itself apart from others by incorporating fighting styles to keep this game fresh, instead of just repetitive.

This is a great game package, for a great price. It will not disappoint any Crysis fans or new players, but it might leave them wanting more!

The single player experience is enjoyable, but not mind blowing. The real gem here is the online play which seems to offer something more complex then most console FPS's and definitely something I would recommend.

DJ Hero might not evoke such social activity, and it does have some lacking qualities, but with character and attitude throughout, and an impressive list of entertaining music, the game is a fun distraction from plastic guitars and drums.

Bulletstorm's frantic action and M-rated, blood-drenched gameplay harken back to earlier generations of shooters, but its richly detailed design, outstanding visuals and the innovative Skillshot system mean that the game easily transcends its "return to roots" vibe for an experience that's easily one of this year's best.

New Vegas is a proclaimed non-sequel, and it shows. By bringing little else new to the experience and with it being as buggy as ever, New Vegas could have been adequate as a smaller-sized expansion disc. Instead, it's a game where the play clock is measured in time spent plodding through loading screens and not actually doing much.

Tron 2.0 isn’t really groundbreaking in terms of gameplay and depth, but those looking for a nice shooter for those late autumn evenings might get some fun hours out of this title.

A fairly unique composition in terms of first-person shooter meets role-playing gameplay with a stylized presentation, Borderlands offers hours of leveling to do and a never-ending supply of enemies to experiment destructive weapons on.

The sense of victory is strange and unfamiliar. Instead of rejoicing after a hard boss battle or an intense endurance contest, you'll find yourself wondering what will happen to the characters afterward, and what it all means.

If you’re looking for a deep, interesting shooter, where the story goes a bit beyond the map description….then this game isn’t for you. If you’re looking for something a bit more in depth than the quick fixes Unreal Tourney provides, but not quite as sluggish as Battlefield, then feel free to open up your wallet, just don’t blow the budget on it.

From a technical perspective there are just so many things that could go bad with a game like this. To make it believable you really need a dynamic gameplay and an AI that’s believable. Full Spectrum Warrior has this.

But being a console port of two year old dated game, the graphics aren't as pretty as they can be nowadays. Some of the textures look bleak, and the models would really be better off with a higher polygon count.
