Semper Fi is an expansion pack to the well received Hearts of Iron 3. It offers many improvements to the game's systems, such as the AI, the maps and the command structure. It brings great new options, but the expansion is very small and adds no new content.- Gamer.no

Alpha Protocol is an ambitious and entertaining action-based role-playing game, but suffers from several irritating flaws. It offers much freedom and an exciting story, but it's fresh setting of international intrigue only rarely touches on reality and is for the most part unoriginal.- Gamer.no

Blur is an enjoyable Mario Kart inspired racer with a more realistic driving model and a balanced and surprisingly deep weapons system. There is lots of fun to be had here.- Gamer.no

Modnation Racers is an enjoyable arcade racer which will no doubt enjoy a long life due to the creation tools. With shorter loading times and less powerful or more skill-based weapons, it could have been a classic.- Gamer.no

Despite a bit of repetitiveness in the last half, Alan Wake is a spectacular, memorable experience. If you own an Xbox 360, you'll want to own this.- Gamer.no

A gumbo of immaculate gun play, a story that stays stimulating until the very end and one of the most remarkable worlds seen in any game combines into this fantastic symbiosis. The sandbox genre has a new king, and his name is John Marston.- Gamer.no

Split/Second delivers loads of explosive fun. Unlike in many other racing games with weapons, Split/Seconds Powerplay-system rewards skill over luck, both for the attacker and the victim.- Gamer.no

Lost Planet 2 is both infuriating and exhilarating in mostly equal measures. It has a long list of annoying issues, but when push comes to shove, playing online with a trio of friends is some of the best fun to be had.- Gamer.no

Skate 3 may not be more than an evolution of the two first games, but it is a damned good evolution. Port Carverton is a skaters paradise, and the introduction of difficulty levels invites both new and veteran gamers to enjoy the fictional city on four wheels.- Gamer.no

Rome wasn't built in a day, but Iron Man 2 might have been. The game had potential, but a rushed production and poor craftsmanship diminishes the joy of controlling Iron Man.- Gamer.no

Dead to Rights: Retribution is fun, fast and exhilarating. You go from shooting to cracking jaws with your fists in mere seconds, and the mechanics for doing so are rock solid. It slows down at times, but this is still a worthwhile ride.- Gamer.no

Nier has one of the best casts ever seen. The constant bantering between the main characters is the perfect supplement to the frantic action where basic sword attacks are blended with massive magic attacks. Every so often Cavia turns everything upside down. Suddenly you'll be playing survival horror, a rail shooter, or possibly even a classic text adventure.- Gamer.no

2010 FIFA World Cup does very little new from the excellent FIFA 10, but it's still a solid soccer game with a natural focus on international teams. Guiding your own nation to the world's biggest tournament actually feels pretty good.- Gamer.no

This is pretty much a low-budget version of Gears of War, but enjoyable enough for what it is. Only buy if you can play in coop mode with real human beings, though, because the AI of your squad mates is just dreadful.- Gamer.no
