The Ringed City offers a daunting challenge for even the most veteran of Souls-players, and is by far the hardest area in the entire series. It's excellent level design and big, open areas trumps most of the standard game in a heartbeat.- Gamer.no

L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files has a few technical problems, and a rather empty world, but shines in it's detail oriented implementation of VR. Driving, the handling of weapons, fighting, and investigating seems immersive and satisfying.- Gamer.no

The Banner Saga 2 picks up right where the first game left off, with powerful storytelling and stunning graphics. Sadly, some changes to the game mechanics have practically eliminated the tension and excitement that made The Banner Saga a truly unforgettable experience.- Gamer.no

Minecraft for Xbox 360 is a solid conversion and much more user-friendly than the PC version. The new split-screen mode is a great way to experience Minecraft with others. There are some issues, though, and the main problem is the small environments which removes a lot of the exploration that was so fun on the PC.- Gamer.no

Football Manager 2018 is still an engaging manager experience, but focus on realism over fun combined with a lack of innovation leave the game less interesting over time.- Gamer.no

Resident Evil: Revelations shows the potential that lies in Nintendos new handheld console. The story itself is masterfully told inepisodes, and the game has the best sound I've experienced on a 3DS sofar. The controls, however, seem a bit too stiff, but in a way thatalso enhanced the general claustrophobic atmosphere in the game.- Gamer.no

The Outer Worlds 2 is a fantastic RPG that lets me just run around freely, discovering the world and resolving its issues in my own time. The world is great, the dialogue is fantastic, and it's very hard to put down.- Gamer.no

Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask does not upend the series' tried and true formula. It's still a delightful puzzle game embalmed in an engaging adventure, filled with eccentric characters in an exciting world. But it would be lovely to see something new added to the core.- Gamer.no

While it will certainly satisfy fans of the series, Monster Hunter 3: Ultimate certainly isn't for everyone. The cycle of gathering resources and completing quests can become a little stale and monotonous. Thankfully, a robust multiplayer mode makes the overall experience more rewarding and fun to play.- Gamer.no

Tiny Tower isn't just a fun time-waster, it's also a truly well-designed and accessible game, a perfect choice for the gamer who's short on time. Whatever gripes I may have with the free-to-play business model, they did not impede my enjoyment of the humor, visuals and craftmanship on display in Nimblebit's latest creation.- Gamer.no

2010 FIFA World Cup does very little new from the excellent FIFA 10, but it's still a solid soccer game with a natural focus on international teams. Guiding your own nation to the world's biggest tournament actually feels pretty good.- Gamer.no

At its best, Shift 2 is one of the most intense and rewarding racing games around. There's some flaws (like the entire drifting part), but the overall package is really solid and fun.- Gamer.no

With Trenched Double Fine continues their legacy of making small games with a couple of irritating elements. However, the game is good fun from start to finish – especially if you've got a couple of friends who are willing to join you on the battlefield.- Gamer.no

Gemini Rue is yet more proof that you don't need expensive budgets to make good games. This retro-styled adventure delivers a great story and fun point & click-based gameplay. It's probably not for everyone, but adventure fans will find plenty to like here.- Gamer.no

Konami again delivers a solid football game, however, other than the mechanics of the football itself, the overall experience seems a bit outmoded compared to its main competitor.- Gamer.no

Antichamber teaches you to expect the unexpected, and while some of its later tasks may prove ridiculously difficult, the initial half of the game never seizes to amaze, nor surprise. It may fool you into thinking you have some kind of clue about what’s going on or how to break the mold, but trust me, you don’t.- Gamer.no

In his second attempt at conquering the gokart genre, Sonic somewhat manages to capture the essence of greatness. The characters and stages picked from Sega's vast library are nice, and the driving (on solid ground) feels great as well. It's only a shame that neither the flying or boating are particularly smooth, and that playing solo wears out once you've seen each level once.- Gamer.no

Awakening is a great expansion. It delivers around 20 hours of role-playing goodness, which flows better and is more varied than what we got in the original game. We also get new and interesting characters and a bunch of new abilities and items to play with.- Gamer.no

Truly iconic levels and fun goals contribute to make the first ten or so hours something quite special. It's only too bad that the nostalgia wears thin all too quickly, especially with Pro Skater 4 being a shadow of its former self.- Gamer.no

World of Warcraft: Midnight is more of the same in a game well into its 20s. Bright spots such as the Prey mechanic and housing just aren't enough to carry an experience that's saturated with endless perks for logging in daily and churning out world quests and Delves as the numbers go up, up, up.- Gamer.no

A fabulous combination of the casual farming simulator and the more action heavy roguelike. Cult of the Lamb dishes out everything you could want from both genres, with gameplay mechanics and systems that run deeper than anything you'd expect. Who knew that running your own religious cult could be so much fun?- Gamer.no

Despite its game mechanics being streamlined to cater the console-audience with a high tempo and a smaller set of statistics, Dragon Age II is still a massive role-playing adventure. With its immersive storyline and good class system, it its yet another Bioware game in the collection of great role-playing experiences.- Gamer.no
