The upgraded versions of the Uncharted-games are great, especially for Drake's Fortune. The changed shooting system and the upgraded visuals are making the game even better than before.

Dropsy turns old-school point-and-click adventure gameplay into something special. The use of pictures in dialogues instead of text offers a gameplay element that makes us think out of the box. If you don't lose your way, you will enjoy this game very much.

NBA 2K16 shows love for the true basketball fans. The movement of the players is authentic and the tactical depth seems endless; this game is the best basketball muse that we have seen thus far.

The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 is big, even for this genre. The length comes from the classic, old gameplay which is a disappointment. Other point-and-clicks did modernize. The story is funny, but the characters are uninteresting and the dialogue sections are way too long.

This might be a free add-on; the content and fun is as good as the full story. The controls of Plague Knight feel so different and the surroundings feel brand new. This is a great excuse to play Shovel Knight: Plague of Shadows again.

The basic principles of Blood Bowl 2 are fine, but the DLC should have been included in the original game. Still, this is a game that is a lot of fun for tactic gamers.

Penarium is an extremely difficult, but also fun game. No matter how much you want to curse and throw your controller away; there is always time for another round.

This is modern soccer. It might seem boring at the beginning, but it grows into very satisfying and challenging gameplay that offers unforgettable moments in soccer.

This should have been a glorious comeback for EA's golf series, but it is a let-down. Especially because it takes everything away that made the last games with Tiger Woods so much fun.

    Kyn
The partly Dutch Kyn is made by only a few people and that is an amazing accomplishment. The levels look great, the gameplay is great and the game takes about 20 hours. There are a few technical errors, but it is the lack of story and personality that makes this game okay instead of great.

This is a challenging and accessible turn-based strategy game that will keep you playing for a long time. The tactical options are great and the hand-drawn visual style is very nice, though the story does not really shine like the rest of this very enjoyable game.

For games like Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5, people invented early access. This game is just not finished, even the soundtrack cannot save it.

Etrian Mystery Dungeon is a surprising game that combines two series that have very different game mechanics. It does it very great, as this is an accessible Mystery Dungeon-game that offers more challenge than Pokemon.

Disney Infinity 3.0 offers a great Star Wars adventure, but it is on the short side. Thankfully the side missions are filled with Star Wars fan service that make up for a lot. Technically speaking the game is somewhat glitchy, but the beautifully designed figurines will probably make this game a success once again.

Bungie offers more of the same with The Taken King, but does change the feel of Destiny. That makes this first real DLC a great moment to start playing Destiny, as The Taken King complements Destiny in both quality and quantity.

BioWare says its goodbyes in style. With their last DLC, Trespasser, they put all your favorite characters in the spotlight and they make us long for a new game sooner rather than later.

This is not a videogame; there is nothing challenging about it, no puzzle element and no way of doing things wrong. As a creative toy it is okay, as there is a big load of furniture to choose from, but in the long run, Happy Home Designer is simply not going to suffice as a proper Animal Crossing-game.

Pro Evo 2016 is without a doubt the best soccer simulator we have ever played. That special feeling you get when playing soccer, is exactly what you will get when playing this game. The menu's are a bit messy, but even so this game deserves to be in your collection.

Master Spy is like Super Meat Boy. The game is challenging and if you do your best, you will get rewarded. It is not too long, but it makes up for that in many other ways.

Max is our hero, and he will stay our hero. The game world is convincing and that is important as it plays a big part in the story. The game has its flaws, but the atmosphere, the racing and fighting make up for that.

The game is not for everybody, but we as a Dutch website really enjoyed the story from Frisian history. This is the most fun a history lesson can get.

Behind the cuddly exterior of Armello, there is a pretty cool digital board game. There is nothing new here, as Armello picks things from different existing board games and puts them into one fun game. The games are too slow and luck is too much of a factor in Armello to make it really enjoyable.

Statis is an atmospheric, creepy, enticing and sometimes frustrating experience. The game looks kind of okay, but the power is in the sound design. The game never feels too unfair or too difficult, but you really have to chase pixels to the end.

Party Hard combines the killing playground of Hitman with the styling advise of Hotline Miami. To creatively disturb parties in a very bloody way is a lot of fun, but it does get boring pretty quickly as well.

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is the ideal game to play with two players. Your space ship has a unique way of controlling it in which you have to do everything at once, but it works like a charm. Everyone has its own tasks, but it is just as important to function as a team.

Calvino Noir is very good in making a blueprint of the jazz era, but it also has some disappointing flaws. It comes with a lot of bugs and crashes which makes the game just as beautiful, but a lot less nice to play.

Renowed Explorers offers a lot of stuff to love. The game is complex, the combat is nice and traveling is worth while as well. There are a few things we miss about this game though: a good tutorial, the possibility to change the difficulty level and locations to travel to.

Tearaway Unfolded is not just a simple port. The creative vision of the original are still there and the change of controls and subtle changes to levels make Unfolded a new, interesting and solid experience. However, Tearaway is by far not the biggest, best platformer out there; in fact, it is a bit weak on the platform side. Especially the camera does not really help in many instances.
