While it doesn't feels like the grand farewell Professor Layton deserves, it's still a mighty fun puzzle game with a lot of variation.

Strider is back and once again Double Helix game delivers a game with a lot of nice retro feeling. Only tedious backtracking and boring music prevents this from being a master piece.

The Kingdom Hearts series has aged and this just doesn't feel as much fun as it used to do. But if you're a fan, this is still worth checking out.

Pretty but repetitive. This angry bird is also quite hard to control.

Sometimes great, sometimes just a mess. The disappointment of the year.

Killing robots with the trigger-happy hick Walter Tugnut is good old school fun and includes big weapons and tons of power ups. If only it had more variation.

Lots of new fun guns, but it's a bit too short.

Not bad. Sonic's 20th birthday comes with a pretty decent platformer.

Even though the developer Eighting really improved the graphics and added online play to their Naruto formula, they also managed to put in a few extra problems like hiccups in the frame rate and lag online. In the end, Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 still is a fun party fighter for up to four players, but it could have been so much better with just more polish.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate offers the loot party of loot parties, but in the end, it somewhat lacks in variation.

Sure, the PS Vita version lacks some content compared to the console versions, but this is still an enjoyable fighting game with great controls.

Better car physics than Grid 2. Better graphics than Dirt: Showdown. Still somewhat of a dull game because of the shallow career mode and weak atmosphere.

Lack of both new content and really precise controls prevents the otherwise good console version of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive to live up to its PC counterpart.

With a nice take on the Rock Band formula, Blitz plays like nothing else - in a good way. Only some poor decisions regarding the bonus system and multiplayer drags this package down.

Tales of Graces F feels like a really traditional Japanese RPG with old charm and old fashioned storylines. Unfortunately, that also includes old graphics and gameplay.

If you've ever played some of the older Lego games, you know what awaits you, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 is still fun to play though and is maybe the best Lego game so far and recommended to all gamers regardless of age.

Lost Planet 2 is much more than your average sequel and a completely brand new game that doesn't share much with original Lost Planet. It both looks and sounds better and the multiplayer is really good. But unfortunately, many of Capcom's new ideas fails due to horrible AI and somewhat bland boss fights.

Much like a rollercoaster, Black Flag has its fair share of highs and lows. The naval exploring is one of the high points in the series so far while sneaking about the bushes and trees tends to get frustrating fast. It lacks in polish, harming the immersion, but if you can overlook this, chances are high that you’ll like the pirate life.

Having to struggle through the campaign in order to have fun with a game is not my cup of tea. In fact, I wish I could have just bought the game second-hand and started chasing points right away.

Sugar High is a competent title in itself, but in its core not much more than a worse copy of Tiny Wings.
