Despite their distinctive art style, Madfinger makes amateur mistakes with Samurai II that show they're not quite ready for the jump from mobile to the big leagues.- GamePro

The multiplayer modes are certainly good for a competition amongst friends, but the time consuming campaign and lackluster graphics will wear pretty thin for the serious gamer.- GamePro

The writing is solid and engaging and the setting is fun and different but the adventure and platforming elements are completely average.- GamePro

I love Sonic because his speedy style of platforming is fun, and Sega should have just developed a game around that and left everything else out.- GamePro

For the $7 price tag you’re getting plenty of bang for your buck. Decent gameplay and addicting multiplayer make “Cocoto Platform Jumper” something to check into despite its very few flaws.- GamePro

While the controls make handling your snowboard a breeze, executing the automated tricks becomes boring quickly in this lackluster simulator.- GamePro

Though the story has a great moral, how it’s shown through gameplay and style doesn’t earn this RPG big points.- GamePro

All in all, Shaun White's Snowboarding didn't leave me blown away. I liked the terrain they provided, the impressive visuals and the push towards new ways to perform tricks. I hope this title continues on and that all of the little glitches and feedback from fans help create an epic snowboarding game worthy of Shaun White's name.- GamePro

A great-looking game, but since a standard Monopoly board is so large and dense with information, it's often difficult to see certain elements on the board.- GamePro

The transition from polished first-person console shooter to 16-bit RPG is a smooth one on the visual front, thanks to Vlambeer's excellent pixel art and attention to minute details. It's just a bummer that the gameplay itself isn't quite as absorbing past the first world or so.- GamePro

Sadly, when considering this game's origins, Trials and Tribulations on WiiWare looks and sounds like nothing more than -- yet another -- lazy port to the console.- GamePro

This game probably won't appeal to new fans but it has more than enough to keep die-hard mud flingers satisffied. [Dec. 2006, p.119]- GamePro

Kingdoms manages to present a lot of pretty scenery, rousing sound effects, and dynamite music, but it omits a foundation in adequate controls and unit AI. And without that, all the good looks in the world fall flat.- GamePro

The game is obviously aimed at children who will most likely eat this one up like it was sweet, sweet candy. Adults, however, will find it about as appetizing as steamed cauliflower and should definitely avoid it as such.- GamePro

Learning with The PooYoos: Episode Two isn't perfect, and it will by no means replace other teaching tools, but it is a simple diversion that could translate into a lot of joy for the children in your household.- GamePro

But if you're not a fan of this genre, don't be fooled by the hype – this is a solid rail shooter, but it's certainly not worth spending your money on, especially in this crowded and star-studded holiday shopping season.- GamePro

Despite a terrible port job, Golden Axe III's old school barbaric aesthetic still allows you to crush your enemies, see them driven before you; and hear the lamentation of their women.- GamePro

Black Arms is a mixed bag. It has some nice features and offers a bit of old school charm, but it just doesn't go far enough. For gamers who love mindless gunplay and have a weak spot for on-rail shooters, Heavy Fire: Black Arms isn't a bad way to spend $5. But for everyone else, that coin would be better served by saving it for the next Black Ops or Halo: Reach map pack.- GamePro

Just like a supermodel, Kameo is all about outward appearances. The visuals are stunning, but the weak and repetitive game-play, the vapid cutscenes, and the groan-inducing attempts at humor make this game perhaps one of the most disappointing of the Xbox 360 launch.- GamePro

It's just that missing level of polish that's more like an entire coat of paint they left off that holds this game back. 2K Sports knows how to make quality sports games, so I can't figure out why MLB 2K can't get its act together. But at this point it's going to take a concerted effort to put out a complete product before the series even approaches relevancy.- GamePro

True-blue Medal of Honor fans will still enjoy Rising Sun’s cinematic style, respectful and historically accurate atmosphere, and heavily arcade feel. But for many, the game will feel too familiar in a fast-food way, lacking that old Medal of Honor magic.- GamePro
