A worthy sequel to the original Red Faction titles, Guerrilla sports a tremendous physics engine that is capable of producing some outstanding effects. It may be lacking in story, but don't let that put you off - there's plenty of fun to be had with both singleplayer and multiplayer modes.- Gameplanet

The Sims 3 is a serious advancement of the series, however underneath it's still the same Sims, and if you couldn't stand it in the past chances are you still won't be able to. Some of the micro-management tasks have been made a bit easier, and the addition of a whole town to physically explore is fantastic.- Gameplanet

FUEL is Codemasters’ and Asobo Studio’s post-apocalyptic sandbox racer. The immense game world, replete with a dynamic weather engine, is a stunning achievement. But FUEL appears to forget it’s a racer and consequently loses sight of what counts.- Gameplanet

This game is what the Wii is all about. Making the most of the unique Wii control system, it delivers wholesome fun with a bit of puzzling thrown in for good measure. Great game, great fun, and definitely one for your collection.- Gameplanet

We've come to expect mediocre games derived from motion pictures, but Terminator Salvation is about as bad as it gets.- Gameplanet

We were well impressed with this one; it offers great value for money, with plenty of variety and flexibility, plus the option to workout with a friend… EA have well and truly nailed it.- Gameplanet

Tripwire Interactives Killing Floor is what you would expect of a polished mod, but doesn't exceed expectations as a retail game. It's good, but unfortunately far from perfect. A nice addition to the survival-horror genre though, and it has an attractively cheap price tag.- Gameplanet

The original PAIN was a moderately successful PSN release that simply lacked depth. Developers Idol Minds have now rectified that with the Sore Spots addition, but it appears to be a case of too little, too late.- Gameplanet

A brief excursion back into the Fable II world. Not nearly as long as we would have hoped, though the low price tag makes up for that somewhat. The quests are more diverse than in the last DLC. Gives another reason to have a look back into Fable II, even if it is only for a few hours.- Gameplanet

Although it fails to provide any real competition to the bigger action titles out there, Wolverine is fast, fun, and definitely angled at fans of the comics. It might not have the longevity required to be considered epic, but if you can ignore the repetitive nature of the combat you'll have a blast.- Gameplanet

The 80's return in style with this fantastic remake. Lode Runner strikes back with new graphics and fluid controls. The game is beefy enough to warrant the price tag, and polished enough to warrant our praise.- Gameplanet

Another excellent addition to the host of downloadable games available today. A great puzzle title that is innovative and different, as well as cute and entertaining. A host of levels, and an in-depth level editor mean you will have hours and hours of puzzle fun herding barnyard animals.- Gameplanet

Despite some serious gameplay issues, The Godfather II is actually quite fun, in a morbid kind of way. Unfortunately, repetition and poor AI routines damage gameplay and ultimately sap the life out of what should have been a tremendous sequel.- Gameplanet

Clearly the best artist-specific Guitar Hero yet, Metallica captures the intensity and pace of one of the most influential bands in history. It's a no-brainer for purchase if you're already a Guitar Hero fan, and looks sure to become a party favourite amongst those who appreciate extremely loud music.- Gameplanet

UNO Rush is a new take on the traditional UNO concept. Making the game faster and more intense will definitely appeal to some players who found the original too slow. A well rounded and well made title that is sure to be enjoyed by many, though the fast paced gameplay won't suit all players and all skill levels.- Gameplanet

In an attempt to find as much fan favour as possible, Electronic Arts have managed to spread this title a bit too thinly over both the RPG and card playing genres. There is an entertaining game here, but you might struggle to find it.- Gameplanet
