An hallucinating trip between life and death, reality and the darkest reaches of mind. Similar to Myst or Riven, Datura puts the player in a strange silent world where the only way to escape is interacting and learning with the environment. With only two hours of gameplay, control issues and some rude mechanics, this game is what we call a missed opportunity.

The indie superstar goes on Xbox 360 with a renewed and simplified crafting system, but still faithful to its sandbox philosophy. Only time will tell if the console audience is ready for this kind of games, but this is undoubtedly a very well-crafted porting that keeps the philosophy of the project intact.

Blades of Time is boring and technically horrible. A bunch of good gameplay ideas and an interesting level design are not enough for you to buy this game. If you'ld like to experience a standard action-fantasy videogame, however, maybe you should rent this product for a couple of days.

As it is now, The Walking Dead is a good choice only for adventure maniacs with a hook for the zombies. Everyone else is advised to wait for the release of at least a pair of additional chapters and wait for our final review.

Sniper Elite V2 is an original third person shooter with some good ideas. A poor story and some gameplay glitches spoil an interesting experience.

Conan the Barbarian meets the Phantom of Sparta in this good-looking action game… unfortunately its technical problems blow-up everything else.

Micro-characters for mini-adventures that maybe will appeal to a younger audience. Just don't pretend to call it Fable.

From the same team behind the awesome SBK, here comes a new arcade game with the MX1 and MX2 motocross championship license. The result is a forgettable experience with nothing really new to offer, a disturbing soundtrack and some strange and unexpected physics glitches.

For the first time EA releases this popular spin-off as a DLC, with the right price and the right amount of content. The Expedition mode is a very good grinding experience and some minor tweaks at the gameplay make every match to shine.

Yesterday (New York Crimes in some other nations) is the first sample of a new approach to the adventure games genre: more mature but too short and too easy. A good beginning, but the road to perfection is still long.

Prototype 2 is fun, brutal and visceral. A certain lack of variety and a not-so-smart camera are the only problems with a product that all action game fans will love.

Risen 2 Dark Waters is a deep and enjoyable RPG, with strong gameplay mechanics and a funny environment full of pirates, grog and voodoo. It's not as polished as others competitors, but it will be a good choice for all the fans of the genre.

With a new multiplayer mode, a new type of race for up to four players, a better editor and a giant world where to build our very personal track, Trials Evolution is without any doubt one of the most fun games on Xbox Live Arcade to date.

Thanks to a deep setting and an excellent development, Confrontation is probably one of the best action RPGs avalaible nowadays on the market. A little problem with pathfinding and a too marked linearity, prevent this game from reaching excellence.

If Blacklight: Retribution was a full fledged commercial product, it wouldn't make it to a decent score: the free to play business model instead deserves some attention from the FPS junkies with empty pockets, in particular those who truly can't stand Team Fortress 2.

The iOS version of Microsoft puppies island is a very funny pastime, probably more suitable for kids or very young players rather than hardcore ones. Nevertheless, from a technical viewpoint Frontier IP offers very good graphics, an immediate gameplay and, last but not least, an excellent control-system.

Rhythm Thief is a very good game with over fifty unique music minigame and a good simple story to tell. Sometimes it can be a little slow paced, with long exploration phases instead of just having the player in front of waves of new challenges, but it is still a funny and fresh experience.

Kinect Rush is a good game with an high production value and some very good ideas on how to use Kinect in funny new ways. But with only five tiny different worlds to explore and so little to discover, the happiness of being there, in the magic land of Pixar, ends too soon.

Fireworks is a multicolored tech demo for PS Vita AR system and front touchpad. Gameplay is immediate and definitely intuitive, but suffers from repetitiveness and lack of deepness: at least we are talking of a free game, with a couple of hours of longevity and some funny challenges inside.
