This just doesn't cut it. There was some potential, and looking at pirates outside of the frilly shirt and rapier era is a good idea. Swashbucklers was executed so poorly it may scare other developers off the concept.

Flaws and all this is a great game for the preteen audience. It does bear on the repetitive side, but in light of more recent licensed game, at least there is more than two hours of game.

The game seems to be designed to be rented rather than purchased, as it is not only boring, but short as well. Have a few friends over and knock this one out in an evening. Then return it and never think about it again.

Nuclear holocaust survivors in a post-apocalyptic world filled with people wearing clown masks may find Hard Truck: Apocalypse to be an effective training tool, but anyone looking for a good game should look elsewhere.

If you're looking for a good poker game, there are several to choose from these days. If you want any other good gambling though, you're better off digging through the discount PC game section at your shop and seeing if you can find something there.

If we’re lucky, the game’s designers will take the lessons learned while creating this game and go on to make something truly great with them. Final Fight: Streetwise pretty much fails to please. A boring story greets you in the main form of gameplay, while the alternate Arcade mode focuses on the lackluster combat.

It actually plunges past mediocrity into outright craptitude.

Game Tycoon 1.5 needs a 1.6 patch to fix some out-standing issues, but otherwise provides a solid game as well as a trip down memory lane, from 1982 to present!

The Sopranos: Road to Respect could have been one of the best games this year. It was very engaging, but just when it seems to hit it’s stride, you run out of game.

Gamers would do well to let the past die and move on.

The only slightly redeeming qualities of 25 to Life are the soundtrack and game play over Xbox Live.

Most of the game will be spent staring at constant loading screens, 30 second races where you either win or lose by a huge margin, or cursing your team leader for constantly starting a turf war when you want to go back to your garage and update your car.

A powerhouse at multiplayer, a pinto at single player, if you have a group of friends or the patience to wait for the online players, this is a must have.

It is perfect for fans as it is new material for a show that is soon ending it's run. However if you aren't already invested into the universe, there is not a reason to pick this up. It's too slow of a game to engage you, and once you've invested 45 minutes in starting the game, there is no excuse to be just starting the first real level.

If you buy either of these games, you DO need a brain boost.

Fans of the show will adore it. Anyone else is more likely to scratch their head in puzzlement and move on to more complete fighters.

You get a fairly standard sports game that doesnt harken to one person or another, its just the sports. Really at this price, its a good deal for the kids.

Unless you have some sort of sheer morbid curiosity to see a game with what is one of the worst possible stories ever, there is nothing here worth buying.

If Coffee Tycoon were a beverage, it would taste worse than cold coffee with a shot of urine in it. Try Lemonade Tycoon 2: New York Edition for a much more pleasant beverage-tycoon gaming experience.

Left Behind: Eternal Forces misses on all cylinders. The game needs a serious tune-up on nearly every level.

As far as I can tell, Zoey 101: Field Trip Fiasco is not a game. It is a despicable attempt to steal your money.

Big Oil is a big bust ... of Enron proportions.

All told, the game's atmosphere is so bad I'd almost be tempted to suspect this game was a parody, if the gameplay wasn't also bad enough to match.

Bad Day LA is a game that could have been so much more than it wound up being. In the end it feels rushed out the door and lands squarely in the bad end of the game spectrum. Take a pass.

Generic and poorly executed, there is absolutely no reason for you to buy this. In fact if anyone ever gives this to you as a gift, they might hate you.

While the game isn’t exactly a computer virus, it’s so full of bugs, it could certainly be mistaken for one.

A hideous gaping maw of evil. It will make you sick, if you buy it for your kids they will hate you. If this is what the industry thinks will get more girls to play games then we need different girls.

If you’re a six year-old blind girl who likes fashion, I’m sure you’ll think this game is absolutely fantastic.

If you have a really young girl that just wants to play the most simple and repetitive of touchscreen games, there are still numerous other DS titles that have more to offer in that regard. As for everyone else, steer clear.

Surprisingly fun. If you like a good shooting game, well, this may not be perfect, but it's fun for an afternoon. Definitely worth a rental. If you're a hunting game fan, it's absolutely great.

All told, it would be highly recommended at half the price. As it is, $20 is too much for such a simple game. It's fun to be sure, at least in short bursts to "clear the palate" of puzzle games, but it doesn't have what it takes to be something that will last long into the future.

Who should get this game? Well, if your kid is absolutely in love with the cartoon, and keeps yelping "Kong, king of Atlantis!" at the top of his lungs, I'd imagine your only solutions would be to buy this game or get the kid in therapy, and the game is cheaper than therapy.

Things like "depth" and "pacing" are given no consideration here, and that means that boredom sets in very quickly. That's ultimately because, with rare exception, girl games aren't games – they're cynical commercial enterprises that seek to take advantage of an audience that doesn't know any better.

They're great buys for the children in your life, but the older Spongebob fan will find nothing of note here.

This game is one uncreative mess.

You might be better off getting a different collection of games or downloading these from the internet for free onto a PDA.

A good pick for kids that love Nickelodeon; of course, expect to buy another game shortly after gifting due to the unimpressive length. At least it looks good and is a bit of fun.
