Whether combat is fast and gruesomely beautiful or at a halt leaving nothing but the scenery to admire, Ninja Gaiden II is presented beautifully.- Console Monster

What is on offer is probably a series high and it begs the question as with many of EA’s titles right now, what can be done next?- Console Monster

If you’re looking for a charming, fun and relaxing title to sink some hours into after a hard day, then Prince of Persia is the one for you. This is not a title that’s going to challenge or compel you to replay over and over.- Console Monster

It was sad to have such a shallow and uninspiring storyline to keep you going until the very end, but with the game’s stunning visuals and effects, arcade pick up and play gameplay, online multiplayer and co-op features there is plenty here to satisfy your appetite in being the next Maverick or Ice Man.- Console Monster

Rockstar have done a good job of porting the game from thePlayStation 2 to one of the most entertaining XBOX 360 titles available.- Console Monster

Tekken is fun, nothing can take that away. Heavy looking characters and hard hitting battles are what Tekken fans are looking for, and this is certainly what the game delivers, it just doesn’t seem to have that sparkle this time around.- Console Monster

Rocket Riot is a blast. The game’s unique design and style makes it stand out against many of the other titles available on the Xbox LIVE Arcade, and at 800 Microsoft Points, this is yet another title to consider adding to your collection.- Console Monster

If you're an avid fan and follower of the Creed, you're sure to find plenty to please you but for those longing for answers and a step further for the series will find one step forward, two back, along with a thick fog covering up the path ahead.- Console Monster

If you're a fan of wrestling, you'll doubtless enjoy the game on a further level, but if not, it still makes a fun distraction from the class-a titles. It is an acquired taste though, so if you're not sure, this is definitely one to rent first.- Console Monster

But is it justifiable now to release a yearly installment or would they be better off releasing premium updates to current versions of the game? Only EA can answer that question, but they better start thinking fast because the series could become a little stale too soon.- Console Monster

Not only are the environments detailed and fitting the style of gameplay, but the character models are superb and show a great range of emotion, especially during the many cutscenes placed throughout each level.- Console Monster

Whereas younger gamers may not understand some of the game’s references, there’s still a lot of enjoyment to be had from the game and, with a campaign as long as a number of retail titles, you certainly get your money’s worth. At 1,200 Microsoft Points, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is a must purchase.- Console Monster

It's a shame that this may slip past the gaze of many for it truly is one of the best games that has been released this year. If you want your faith restored in the Driver franchise, then go out and buy Driver: San Francisco.- Console Monster

It’s one of the better re-makes on the Xbox Live Arcade though the lack of game modes is a slight disappointment, despite the fact that the ones evident in the game do a great job of keeping players entertained.- Console Monster

Overall, LEGO Lord of the Rings is a precious addition to the LEGO series. The game manages to keep the same charm and humour of the previous titles, and the new features are all very welcome.- Console Monster

That said, Disgaea continues to define the pinnacle of the TRPG mechanics and Nippon Ichi is clearly the master of this genre; just don't go expecting anything shiny and brand new from this latest outing. It remains though, a must buy for any fan of the series.- Console Monster

IL-2 builds on existing simulation titles that have been landing onto consoles recently, and is probably the best combat flight simulation title I have played on consoles to date. With its stunning visuals, audio score, well structured campaign and insightful exploits from our WW2 heroes, IL-2 will certainly send any budding fighter jock into a flying frenzy.- Console Monster

The barebones have always worked and EA has gone by the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" idea and kept most of it the same. Instead, EA have thrown in a bunch of interesting extras that make a purchase worthwhile.- Console Monster

Going back to the opening question and whether there is anything bad about Sleeping Dogs, there are a few rough edges here and there but absolutely nothing to write home about. The overall experience from start to finish is brilliant and the only disappointment is the wait you'll have until some DLC hopefully comes out. Even if you're currently playing something right now I urge you to stop and go buy this right now!- Console Monster

With a little bit of tweaking, Dead Rising 2 could have been a little easier to control and I might have been able to save some of the helpless civilians, but overall I had a lot of fun in my 72 hour vacation in Fortune City. If you are looking for a game that has some decent replay value or simply loved the first game, then Dead Rising 2 is defiantly worth the money.- Console Monster

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning isn't the RPG to end all RPGs, the characterisations might be a little dour and the plot a little to straight-laced for its own good, but its still an excellent example of a hybrid genre – and a triumph for 38 Studios and Big Huge Games in every sense that counts.- Console Monster
