Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered offers endless joy to the fans of the Ghostbusters movie franchise, but maybe not to others. If you never watched the movies before, you probably shouldn’t buy this game either.

Although Mutazione seems like a journey full of exciting adventures, the bad execution of its ideas led to a very boring adventure experience.

Children of Morta is a turning point for Dead Mage Studios, and from now on expectations are gonna be much higher from them. Definitely one of the best indie games of the year.

The console version of Frostpunk is a unique experience not only for strategy fans but for anyone who is looking for something new and different. In Frustponk, you are not creating an empire or fighting your enemies like many other strategy games, you actually trying to survive against nature’s wrath.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, unfortunately, is not a complete game and obviously needed more development time. Besides that, the in-app purchases ruin the whole concept of the game and brings one of the best tactical shooters in history of video games down to a simple action title.

Code Vein tries so hard to be more than a Dark Souls clone, and it succeeds when it comes to the story and character design. But gameplay wise, it fails to execute the successful Dark Souls formula and eventually lands somewhere between Soulslike games and Japanese Action RPGs, unable to fully satisfy fans of either genre.

Final Fantasy VIII Remastered is a battle against time. Story is surely great, and we love all the characters, and a lot of nostalgia is there for the die hard fans of the series, but on the other side, the visuals and gameplay mechanics are dated and can't be compared with even mediocre 8th gen titles. In the end, FFVIIIR is nothing more than a game built to take full advantage of the hype set by FFVIIR.

Devil's Hunt is one of those games that failed to reach its potential, thus can't be considered a good AA game. Very shallow story, bad character design and repetitive gameplay are the main reasons that you should probably avoid this game.

Borderlands 3 is fun and entertaining, without a doubt, but it's not a revolutionary title like its predecessors, and everything we see here we already saw in the last two games.

Iceborne is a wonderful sequel to one the best multiplayer titles of the 8th generation. In fact, Iceborne offers so much content and improvements over the original Monster Hunter World that it could have been a standalone title and not an expansion pack.

Greedfall, the latest release from Spiders, reminds you of some of the best classic RPGs, but it fails when it comes to mixing all those classic gameplay mechanics with new and modern ones. Some very good RPG elements and great story telling are there to enjoy from, but some annoying issues including technical problems, weak combat system and the game's protagonist character design are also there to ruin your joy. In the end, Greedfall can be considered a good RPG, especially for the old school fans, but it is certainly not for everybody.

Blasphemous could have been even a more ambitious title if its platforming parts was less annoying, but if you give it time, it will give you back a wonderful, entertaining experience. If you are a fan of Metroidvania or Dark Fantasies, then Blasphemous is definitely the one for you.

Oninaki is not the best Tokyo RPG could do, but it's not a step down either. Many new and exciting ideas are there, but it seems that the developers couldn't execute all of them as they should. Oninaki is a decent title, but could have been even better if the developers managed to reach their full potential.

Gears 5 tries to bombard players with tons of content and offers many days of entertainment as it aims to introduce itself as a true AAA+ game. The result is a very entertaining game, but is that enough to justify Microsoft's flagship? Not sure. Maybe the only aspect that Gears 5 really shines in is visuals, and while everything else is also okay, we expect a lot more than that from a title like Gears of War.

NBA 2K20 offers again what we saw last year and the year before that, which is a solid Basketball experience. Some minor technical issues are still here and there, which suggests that the developers are using the same core mechanics as they did previously. Maybe we need to wait for next generation of gaming devices for a completely new and fresh NBA experience.

Many issues that we already had with previous entries in the PES series remain unpolished, but nevertheless the 2020 version has greatly evolved in many aspects, and it is safe to say that PES 2020 is the best football game from Konami in the last 10 years.

Ancestors:The Humankind Odyssey is a mixed experience. The idea behind the game which takes you through 8 million years of human evolution is wonderful, but on the other side forces many limitations on the developers, and in the end you'll either fall in love with it or hate it.

Bloober Team tries to mix successful elements from titles like Alan Wake and Outlast, and use the atmosphere and theme from The Blair Witch Project to create a different horror game. But the result is not as good as expected, as the game starts to get boring soon and has no true identity, with the opportunity to roam the Burkittsvills forest being the only salvage point.

    Rad
RAD offers a different post apocalyptic experience, and it's colorful, cell-shade visuals mixed with great 80s electronic music are things that make it unique when compared to titles like Fallout or Wasteland. On the negatives side, you have to deal with its unbalanced difficulty and repetitive gameplay; but in general, you'll probably have a good time with Rad.

Bugbears latest release might not be flawless, but it's certainly a unique entry in racing genre. Surely some issues like not so good music, long loading times and weak user interface are somehow annoying, but when compared to positives, you will not mind them. Wreckfest might not offer the same amount of humor that we saw in the earlier Flatout games, but it has a lot to say, especially when it comes to online gaming.

Age of Wonders: Planetfall is a very entertaining strategy title that keeps you engaged for hours after hours. Maybe if you are not an old school strategy fan you get confused at the beginning, but as you progress through the gameplay you'll find yourself right at home. Planetfall is a well executed strategy title and is definitely a step forward for the series.

Gibbous - A Cthulhu Adventure is a quality title which offers engaging story, wonderful visual design, and most importantly remains loyal to its source. Obviously some issues and problems are here and there that might hurt the experience a little especially for hardcore adventure fans, but overal I would definitely recommend it.
