While not a terrible use of the freemium model, it's not doing itself any favors by engaging in a 'wait or spend' game style. For those susceptible to these mechanics though, Pixel People is one of the least offensive games in this genre, and will keep you glued to your screen.- AppSpy

Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land is a great concept gone to waste as players are forced to deal with game design concepts that belong to another era.- AppSpy

It's hard to say who 'Doctor Who: The Mazes of Time' is for; fans are liable to balk at the sterile world and those unfamiliar with the series will find the unexplained characters and set-pieces frustrating - it's still a half-decent puzzler, but it's only really connected to Doctor Who in name only.- AppSpy

Centipede: Origins is a fun upgrade to a classic shooter, but until updates address the poor interface design, this is a game suited primarily for iPad users alone.- AppSpy

The Act could easily be compared to Dragon's Lair. Both are superbly animated experiences, but are quite low on the gameplay side of things. This will amuse, but don't expect any lasting enjoyment or replayability.- AppSpy

A nice introduction to the endless runner genre (or in this case the endless flyer). Pleasant visuals but there are some balance issues.- AppSpy

Another endless runner that will provide some amusement to fans of the genre, but ultimately lacks the spark to leave an impression.- AppSpy

If you pine for the days of classic Arcades and their endless slew of quarter-ingesting titles, you might just want to grab 64th Street - A Detective Story to bulk up your collection of titles.- AppSpy

Grow Away! suffers for its generally repetitive task of gunning down enemies, but the variety of enemies; boss fights; and 'companion' vegetables to explore and use make for a strangely addicting experience.- AppSpy

An intriguing name, an intriguing setup, and an intriguing approach to a puzzle game. While it feels that the presentation and controls could have warranted more attention, this will provide some amusement to puzzle fans.- AppSpy

ADVENA's party-play Action-RPG combat is a blast be it offline or online, but you'll have to cut through the usual swathe of clunky interface designs, poor translations and level grinding to truly enjoy the beat'em-up gameplay.- AppSpy

Death Golf is an action-packed re-imagining of the game many know and some (unexplained by science) love, but aside from the unique concept, the execution feels weak and hard to enjoy.- AppSpy

Karateka fails to excite as it expects players to enjoy short and repetitive bouts of tapping without any real input in to the outcome of each fight beyond their skill at 'timing' - you could save Mariko three times, but saving her once proves to be once too many times already.- AppSpy
