Mutant Mudds is a slower paced platformer that makes good use of shifting perspective, but doesn't really go that extra mile to make good use of it.- AppSpy

A fantastic looking, engaging puzzle game that is only let down by the pay for more levels feature. Hardcore puzzle fans will love it.- AppSpy

A fun little concept somewhat held back by the short, restrictive levels of the three-star format.- AppSpy

For those looking for something a little different in a hero defense title, Heroes and Castles will send you right in the battlefield to unleash carnage while still giving you the tactics of units and towers the genre is known for.- AppSpy

Complete in tow with mission system and upgrade store, this color-coded action game quickly bombards you with obstacles. Some may rise to the challenge, but others will feel baited.- AppSpy

The Shivah was an early adventure title for Wadjet Eye, and it shows. It has its charms, but outside of adventure game fans, this old-fashion adventure will have trouble reaching a wider audience.- AppSpy

Until the connectivity issues are worked out we can't possibly recommend Heroes of Order & Chaos as a multiplayer game - its 'vs AI' mode will at least keep you entertained for a while (if you can manage to load it up).- AppSpy

Vector graphics, tank warfare. If you can used to the control scheme, there's a lot of fun to be had here.- AppSpy

Ace Patrol tries to apply the Civilization V template to WW1 air combat. Unfortunately, it a little too disjointed to fully engage.- AppSpy

Knights of the Round Cable doesn't offer too much beyond a great pun for its title. The swinging lacks emphasis and once you've played the game once, beyond the need to upgrade or aim for the high score, there's nothing to keep you playing.- AppSpy

R-Type is a faithful port in many ways, but one which reminds us that some arcade experiences need to be completely rethought on their way to the App Store.- AppSpy

A game where you knock a Japanese Flying Squirrel around as a pinball in small goal oriented levels. It's not too shabby.- AppSpy

While not a terrible use of the freemium model, it's not doing itself any favors by engaging in a 'wait or spend' game style. For those susceptible to these mechanics though, Pixel People is one of the least offensive games in this genre, and will keep you glued to your screen.- AppSpy

Though gamebook fans will appreciate the attempt to inject some life into the genre, Lone Wolf's ambitious but undercooked combat system proves more of an obstruction than an asset.- AppSpy

Tower defense fans and those who liked the first game should find more than enough content to keep themselves busy. While the first game stood out however, this sequel suffers from some of the design pitfalls we've seen in the TD genre.- AppSpy
