Clearly taking its inspiration from Assassin's Creed, with a bit of GTA sprinkled in for good measure, BackStab creates a mish-mash of genres that offer an interesting experience that lacks cohesion.- AppSmile

Replay value is so-so, as you can always replay levels in order to collect missing coins and best the target time. This is, however, the only real source of replay value, as there are no global leaderboards or achievements to earn. However, the enjoyment of watching such a cool concept in practice might just be enough to keep you playing.- AppSmile

The controls were very easy to use and pretty responsive. There is even a bit of a tilt element that comes in to play when using some weapons, as you can influence the direction of gunfire by tilting left or right.- AppSmile

As usual, there is a great deal of strategy involved in determining which cards to play and when. We enjoyed this game a lot and can see it fitting in nicely with our other Dr. Knizia titles.- AppSmile
