While it isn't the deepest racing game (you simply play each level with no "career" mode or online racing), the challenge of the single player mode is enough that it won't get old anytime soon.

Urban Ninja is a great strategy game that encourages efficiency and a little geometry to have Francois land those jumps while wasting as little energy as possible.

If you like your trivia with a healthy side of snark and a touch of risque, age hasn't mellowed You Don't Know Jack one bit, and it emerges onto the app scene as a very smart and sharp challenge for grown-ups.

A simple yet fun and detailed game which is nice to have especially for the zombie oriented games.

Just like the first one, but with prettier pictures and grown-up protagonists. Thanks to the tiny screen, it won't rock your world, but it's cheaper than the PC version, but it still sports the same sky-high production values.

Great for a little challenge and easy enough for quick plays on your break time, or while waiting in line for the movie.

This may be hard to believe, but playing Sticky is a real challenge. The orange ball sticks to just about everything, so using the scrolling shooter to catapult him toward a toxin is an acquired skill that takes time to work on. Sticky is loads of fun.

Reckless Racing 2 adds value with its fully customizable race cars and HD graphics with a ton of new races and tracks to complete, enough to keep you busy for quite some time.

A fun puzzle app that uses the tilt motion controls. Overall, I would recommend this game to people who likes games with stealth.

All problems aside, Gangstar Rio is a decent open-world adventure. It's not the best, but it's also not the worst.

EPOCH has a short campaign, but a large replay value. A great iPod Touch , iPad , or iPhone app that is well worth the money.

Although it doesn't do anything especially well, The Show Must Go On is a fairly unique program and well worth the price.

Qvoid is a simple game that packs quite a challenge. It's great for a two-minute distraction, or as a lengthy challenge.

Machinarium is hard. I mean it, it won't hold your hand through the game, and you won't complete it in an hour. But odds are, you won't mind the difficulty. Just the emotion and cuteness of the robot, even without dialogue, will make you smile.

I actually had fun with Office Gamebox. The Chair Race and the Penguin tossing were actually interesting to play because the more time you spent with it, the more it evolved and the better you'd do in the next game.

Like most of the products that carry the Apple name, this quiz app is polished in a minimalistic way.

The game offers so many modes and difficulty levels there is no way you will be tiring of it any time soon.

But if you aren't up for a good challenge then this one may frustrate you.

Performance wise the game flows well generally, though I found there is a slight lag issue in a couple of the levels which I hope Rovio can fix soon. But overall, Angry Birds Rio is definitely worth the dollar price tag. You can finish it in probably a weekend or so given the current 60 levels.

Overall, I think Slingo Supreme is a great app that mixes two worlds together and also have an identity on its own.

Grand Prix Story is a very solid iPhone app , but is not for everyone. Anyone looking to get the thrill of racing will not enjoy this app, but if you enjoy simulation games then Grand Prix Story is perfect.
