I really like the look and feel of Volcano Escape. It's extremely pretty and the time pressure can be fun.

I am not a fan of in game purchases, but in an RPG I think it's criminal. The only reason you would need to purchase more coin is (unless you just plain suck at it) if the game didn't really have enough for the player to collect in a reasonable way and in a reasonable amount of time to begin with.

Grimm is an exceptionally well made game with a hint of dark humor and original content.

In my case, I really couldn't stand the talking fruit, and I initially thought the game was too simple to really be good, but then I COULDN'T STOP PLAYING.

The controls were simple enough to where you could figure out what to do with the new weapon with little to no inconvenience.

It's gorgeous, it's immersive, and most of all, it's an enormous amount of fun. While a multiplayer mode is sadly absent, the achievements and single-player story alone should be more than enough to make this title worth your while.

For now though, you can enjoy this app as it is similar to those Fire Emblem games but without the story substance or Japanese anime graphics. Maybe try Tin Town out if you are interested in mind-bending surrealism in your apps.

This is a lovely little app and a fun gaming experience that should only improve with time.

A limited number of extra lives would have definitely made this iPhone app last much longer and ensure that players got a little more enjoyment out of the title.

Mafia Rush was entertaining for the first few minutes while playing it for this review, but the experience quickly became dull.

Etolis: Arena is fun because of its refined gameplay. It really feels like they play tested to make sure the controls work responsively and that the action is paced well.

All problems aside, Gangstar Rio is a decent open-world adventure. It's not the best, but it's also not the worst.

A fairly enjoyable app with a few noteworthy setbacks. Those who are seeking a very long adventure or those who become frustrated very easily with poor controls may wish to avoid the app, as it is significantly lacking in these aspects. For those who are looking for an advanced RPG game and can overlook these setbacks, however, look no further than Fara.

If you're only a casual fan of the genre, then you likely won't get much value out of the game. The truth is, unless some changes are made so that the game features more cohesive storytelling, there are a lot of better applications on the App Store for you to spend your money on.

Definitely not a game to beat in one sitting, rather a casual play which you could fire up for those small periods of waiting in your day, like waiting for the bus. Gorilla Gondola is definitely a fun app to have on your device.

Although I wasn't completely enthralled by the story, the app itself is very beautifully produced and a stellar example of how to make the most of interactive storytelling on the iPhone and iPad, and it's definitely worth checking out if you're a gaming or comics fan.

So, 10 levels, gun and swordplay, a really great combo system that has both style and substance, and really great graphics, this is one heck of an app. Dynamic action is hard to nail down in app form but Devil May Cry 4 Refrain is great.

After a long time with Inotia 3, I can honestly say that it was very forgettable. The game is just not that interesting beyond the graphics. I really can't recommend such an average yet pricey game.

Although the GTA elements make the app engrossing, the sniper mode is what makes it worth playing.

Overall, this iOS version of TETRIS is nice to look at but a step in the wrong direction for EA and their Mobile team.

An original RPG game that has a ton of potential, and worth checking out. Hopefully the developers continue to release updates and improvements to the game. There is talk of them also creating an online version of the game which should be interesting.

NBA 2K12 is an ideal mobile game for basketball enthusiasts. With authentic rosters, a full season mode, and a Jordan mode which lets you recreate 10 of the legend's most iconic performances, NBA 2K12 will fill your basketball fix for a long time to come.

Because the app only features 12 short stages, players are sure to finish it very quickly.

Story mode was also much shorter than I expected, but Survival, Puzzle, and something called Gauntlet mode help to up the replay value a bit, as well as Game Center integration.

This may be hard to believe, but playing Sticky is a real challenge. The orange ball sticks to just about everything, so using the scrolling shooter to catapult him toward a toxin is an acquired skill that takes time to work on. Sticky is loads of fun.

If you're a fan of arcade shooters like Time Crisis or House of the Dead, Zombie Crisis 3D is definitely a game to check out.

While Catball Eats It All won't appeal to everyone and does have some control issues, it's easy to overlook these flaws as the app costs only $0.99 and universally runs on all iOS device types.

The graphics are top notch with hand drawn characters and plenty of different plush toys to collect. The color and lighting are perfect for this game, but strangely enough it only works with one orientation - not a huge issue, but definitely a little odd.
