Mafia Rush was entertaining for the first few minutes while playing it for this review, but the experience quickly became dull.

Eufloria HD is certainly worth trying, but it's likely not worth the current $4.99 price tag.

Frog Toss! is a fun game for random pick-up-and-play, but nothing that you'd keep long-term.

It's a very simple but fast paced game, appropriate for all ages and does pretty much exactly what it says, but I wasn't terribly impressed, and even though it is a shiny universal app, for $1.99, I was expecting more.

Although the graphics and sounds are great, Dino Rush is more like a clumsy version of Yoshi from Super Mario Bros.

The drawback is that if you lose, you have to start at the first wave again. I think Breakeroids is an enjoyable quick-play style iPhone game that tries to bring back the charm of its classic predecessors.

An improvement on the first game, and it definitely provides a tough puzzle challenge to sink your teeth into, but despite its relatively lack of competition in the App Store, it's still not quite a genre standout.

After a long time with Inotia 3, I can honestly say that it was very forgettable. The game is just not that interesting beyond the graphics. I really can't recommend such an average yet pricey game.

Rise of the Snakes is clearly an app meant for children; while some kids who are Ninjago fans will enjoy it, it's unfortunate more care wasn't put into making it fun.

Trade Nations still retains a lot of the bad aspects of similar social sims, but the adorable graphics and more structured and complex gameplay help it stand out from the crowd a little.

Superman would be a good iPhone app despite these negatives, if not for the frequent bugs and crashes I encountered probably once every 30 minutes of playing time.

Finger Slayer isn't a deep game, but as a momentary distraction it does the job.

I will admit that there is a fair amount of variety packed into this little game, so if the technical issues could be resolved, I'm sure that it would be at least decent if not stellar, but as it currently stands, A Girl in the City is less glamorous Manhattan and more spray-tanned Jersey Shore.

I confess, I really wanted this app to be great, but history has shown time and time again that licensed games tend to be pretty disappointing, and Doctor Who: The Mazes of Time is no exception. While it's far from a total failure, it just doesn't really satisfy.

For now though, you can enjoy this app as it is similar to those Fire Emblem games but without the story substance or Japanese anime graphics. Maybe try Tin Town out if you are interested in mind-bending surrealism in your apps.

Overall, this iOS version of TETRIS is nice to look at but a step in the wrong direction for EA and their Mobile team.

The $1.99 tag is a good price for this app. It is a fun game, simple, challenging, and a great app to kill some free time. There is also a lite version.

It's a trifle bland and on the generic side, but thanks to shiny graphics and an overall profession finish, it still manages to be a decent distraction for $0.99. Nothing outstanding, but still fun for a few minutes here and there.

It's a very original idea for a puzzle game, and hasn't been done a lot compared to those Tetris knock offs. Unfortunately I didn't find a free version in the app store, so this would be a gamble, but ok for those who are into puzzle games.

Overall, I think Cardboard Castle is an amusing game for what it is. If you like trial and error type of games, funny visual effects, and something with a storybook charm, I suggest getting this app which at $0.99 is reasonably priced.

You will run out of coins quick, and since there is very little incentive for you to plop down $1.99 or more for in-app purchases, we can't really recommend Slotomania as a top-notch iOS casino game.

Despite the little quirks, which can all be fixed with an updated version, I found myself continuously restarting after dying in each game; there is definitely a certain addictiveness to the game.

I won't deny that Bop It has a very clean user and kid-friendly interface, and it can be fun, if rather hyperactive, but the overall experience is undeniably awkward on the iPhone and it's a far cry from the toy's humble, molded plastic origins.

I did kind of like the cute, but gory graphics, but they didn't jump out as particularly eye-catching or innovative, which is basically how I felt about the game as a whole: it was okay, but mostly derivative and nothing really special.

Universal Movie Tycoon begins as a free iPhone app but quickly sheds this image, turning into an application requiring a large amount of money or time to enjoy. Universal Movie Tycoon is not worth your time and certainly not your money, despite the interesting setting.

Overall, the game has a lot of new material, and has potential to be good, although it is super annoying having to deal with that red arrow. Until they remove that my advice is to stay clear and go with the original.
