Look Again! is a simple game, but it's an interesting concept and a fun challenge. Plus, there is loads of content with all of the included levels, dozens of different patterns, and Game Center integration for achievements and leaderboards.

It's a very simple but fast paced game, appropriate for all ages and does pretty much exactly what it says, but I wasn't terribly impressed, and even though it is a shiny universal app, for $1.99, I was expecting more.
