An extremely entertaining shooter that is a must-have for any fan of the genre -- and that's not even taking into account the multi-player mode! Like GoldenEye before it, Turok 2 raises the bar for first-person shooters and is among the best titles available on the system.- All Game Guide

The first rate story line as well as visual and audio effects make Thief quite an immersive gaming experience. It is a subtle yet captivating game that will keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.- All Game Guide

It's got tons of depth and detail. Just make sure you download the latest patch for the game before playing or your results will definitely be less than they could be.- All Game Guide

The beginning of Myth II grabs you right by the throat and won't let go to the very end... While the story may be wonderful in Myth II, it's the gameplay that really shines, both in single and multi player, a claim that many games can't make.- All Game Guide

The amount of secrets and little things will astound you if you take the time to fully appreciate the vast world that lies before you. No matter how skeptical you are, do yourself a favor and try this title for five minutes. That's about how long it will take to get you completely drawn into this incredible adventure.- All Game Guide

When in the first-person view, it is occasionally difficult to see what lies on the other side of Lara's back. It would have been helpful if she became transparent while in this mode, instead of making the player struggle with the angle. Fortunately, the instances where this affects gameplay are relatively few.- All Game Guide

It's hard not to get excited when you see your wingmen engaging the enemy just so you can take out a specific target! Factor in the constant radio chatter and rousing orchestral soundtrack, and you have a game that effectively draws you into the Star Wars world.- All Game Guide

Everything a Wipeout fan could expect and though lacking any massive improvement in the single player mode, the game easily beats out F-Zero X as the best futuristic racer on the 64.- All Game Guide

This game is worryingly addictive; it's not just a business simulation, nor just a power game, but an educational competition where only the forward thinker survives and thrives.- All Game Guide

Roberto Benigni may have gotten a lot of press for finding humor in the Holocaust, but Oddworld does it too, only the humor is dripping black. Yes, I just said Holocaust.- All Game Guide

Survival in Fallout 2 is approached in a refreshing and innovative manner that requires some original thinking and doesn't depend on fantastic, imaginary gimmicks as do so many fantasy-based role playing worlds.- All Game Guide

Comparing F-Zero X with other futuristic racers on the Nintendo 64 is rather difficult, since neither Extreme-G nor AeroGauge are in the same league. In a nutshell, Nintendo has another winner on its hands. One of the finest futuristic racers to grace a console.- All Game Guide

A brilliant and unique game that features lots of cool ninja weapons, such as throwing stars and the grappling hook, realistic Japanese scenery, stealth and patience tactics, etc. Players who like their games to be linear and planned out beforehand won't like this game; neither will the players with no patience.- All Game Guide

When compared to its shooter contemporaries, "Einhander" and "G. Darius", Thunder Force V comes up lacking. Einhander has vastly superior graphics and more innovative gameplay. G.Darius has better looking bosses and backgrounds, longer levels and a killer two-player simultaneous mode.- All Game Guide

Faulty cams aside, Banjo-Kazooie is the best 3D platformer since "Mario 64," and we can only wonder what miraculous game Rare will produce next. This is one of the few must-buy games on the Nintendo 64.- All Game Guide

Considering the relatively inexpensive price of "The X-Files: Unrestricted Access" (at the time of review the program was only half the price of most new games), this is an X-Files souvenir well worth the money to the casual watchers and a must-have for the die-hard fan.- All Game Guide
