Machinarium is a stunning game. Working just as naturally on the iPad as it did on the PC, it's the kind of flawless experience that all point and click fans should check out immediately. They won't be disappointed by any means.

It's fun and stress relieving but it feels limited.

An entertaining romp through the world of explosions and physics, even despite the lackluster control accuracy.

Once those initial "too easy" levels are cleared, however, Tapsteroids really hits its stride. It's by no means easy or even relaxing as the levels progress, but it's very, very fun. For a measly dollar, I can't think of a single reason not to buy it.

With plenty to do, players will certainly feel like they have excellent value for money. It's a pleasure to play.

More of a cute trick to show off to friends than much of a time-sink.

While those who fell squarely on the side of Vlambeer in the Ninja Fishing/Radical Fishing debacle will likely be disgusted by Muffin Knight, there's still an original art theme, engrossing RPG elements, and the fun multiplayer as well.

Wildlings is a nice change of pace. The game can easily suck up copious amounts time, and it becomes addictive to get three stars on every stage. Those that are looking for something a bit whimsical, challenging and pleasing on the eyes and to the ears should definitely give this game a look.

As a game to play in short bursts, it's ideal though and satisfying to achieve a lot in a short amount of time. Tomb Slider won't revolutionise but it will entertain and for a long time thanks to the plentiful supply of levels.

We can appreciate spy action as much as the next guy, but the lack of depth and overall polish to the controls and mission variety make this a hard game to get behind.

There is no question fans of the first will welcome these new levels and appreciate the super-charged little To Fu. Those looking for a new casual physics puzzler should definitely check this out, too. Just don't expect any surprises and be sure to start in a Zen space before playing – success requires a lot of patience.

Frogger Decades is a valiant and somewhat successful attempt to make Frogger work today, but not all games are meant to last 30 years.

Startales is a bit confusing as a game. It's not quite clear what the point of the game is, but swinging around is entertaining for a while. The abilities and varying goals add some variety to the game but it still remains a bit of an enigma.

Yet another excellent addition to Kairosoft's release library. It's familiar, but just different enough to feel unique among the rest. There's no reason why fans shouldn't snap this one up immediately, assuming they haven't already.

Race Illegal isn't going to drop jaws, but its a solid racer thats a lot of fun to play. And the branding – Chillingo – is a good choice. This is a racer that looks arcade, but plays casual enough for all skill levels to enjoy.

Pocket RPG's commitment to a smaller scope of RPG hack 'n slash gameplay is great for those who like the hack 'n slash aspects of these games, but less of the RPG aspects. People like myself who find themselves curious about the genre but not willing to invest deeply will love this game because it focuses on the satisfying elements, and it doesn't mess around much at all. The core RPG audience will find this one too shallow for their tastes.

Between the detailed visuals, great amount of content, and the peerless asynchronous multiplayer features, there's a lot to like about DrawRace 2. However, the gameplay mechanic leaves a lot to be desired.

The game has several different environments including the suburbs, downtown, and a college campus. Still the variety doesn't add much to the game. Flying around and pooping gets old quick and the gameplay just isn't very engaging enough. Players are probably better off just flapping right by this one.

The trance music and neon graphics are serviceable but what really matters are the mechanics which are neither amazing nor awful. Apart from it's 3D twist, HypnoBlocks is as straightforward as puzzle games get.

4Towers Onslaught is certainly one of the more enjoyable tower defense titles out there and it merits a looks from players looking for a new game in the genre to enjoy.

A fun game, but it is best approached as more of a full sensory experience rather than a mindless time sink. The gameplay may not be revolutionary but the complete experience won't leave players disappointed.

It's just a bit frustrating at times. A little more emphasis on what's lethal would go a long way towards alleviating that problem, but anyone with the patience to endure it will probably also enjoy shelling out the dollar to unlock the other fifteen stages.

Ant Raid shows how sneaky the casual RTS is. What seems cute and mindless is actually incredibly fun because it encourages one to think and use a little foresight. It may not be a gateway directly into something like Starcraft but hey, it's a start.

The (in my opinion) over-priced card packs available through in-app purchases feel like a slap in the face, especially after already paying $5 for the game proper, but what can be bought can also be earned. And earning it, battle to battle, victory to victory, is what will keep me playing for a very long time.
