26 Hell Fest

(#12) This September release from Metacritic sister company CBS Films is 2018's worst horror movie. The slasher film (credited to six writers, and directed by a first-timer) is set at a Halloween carnival. Critics found it unoriginal, unintelligent, and unscary.
