The 15 Worst Movies of 2015
Later this week, we'll reveal our final ranking of 2015's best movies—a fairly impressive group overall. First, however, it's time to explore the films that achieved something a bit more dubious: the year's worst reviews. Below, we rank 2015's lowest-scoring films (among those releases receiving at least 7 reviews from professional critics).
Katherine Heigl was actually in three movies last year—none of them any good, of course—and the worst of the bunch was this surprisingly gory and wholly unpleasant dark comedy that also featured Patrick Wilson of Fargo.
"The kind of blithely confident, creatively impoverished dud that leaves you slightly stunned someone greenlit it, the movie has the distinction of feeling like a bad idea from its very first frames." — Jon Frosch, The Hollywood Reporter
